I keep being told to return things to this store however they keep telling me they can't do anything without certain information which I got then that didn't matter and keep telling me to do what the person that told me to take it to the store to return so I don't get billed told me they couldn't do and what I had to do was take it in but did this a few times called and they say they can't do a label let alone I don't want to go to a UPS store get on the internet set up my laser printer and network when I'm returning your internet connection gateway What if I don't have another way to get a shipping label out of an email because your internet service doesn't work at that point let alone it is marketed to rural areas so driving all over in Chicago during the snow on top of it when the business model for 5G or fixed wireless access FWA was to ensure on the consumer side that it didn't require any installation other than them sending you a box that you self-install then why can't you just send that box back?

Read moreThere is one young lady who is customer service oriented. The others attitudes show they are not a people person. The heavyset guy took advantage of my account and my son. I was not home and able to come in person and buy my son a new phone do to the old one not working and was not repairable. The t Mobile rep called me while my son was there and said the only way he could sell him a phone was if I put him as an authorized person on my account to make changes. I called 611 and did. When the transaction was finished, I called back and took him off. When I received my bill, I noticed 2 accessories on my bill. I asked my son about the purchase being that my son, rep and I knew only a phone was to be purchased. When I went to confront the manager of her rep scheme to get his accessories sales up, she told me she knows nothing about it and was just filling in because the store was short staffed also informed me that my son signed for it. My son told her, “He thought the screen protector and case came with the phone, because the guy just went over there and grabbed them and put them on my phone without asking me if I would like to purchase them.” Yes I got on his case because he did not read before signing on the dotted line. Read moreVisited this location a couple of times inquiring about different things. Customer service needs to be worked on. I went in there to get an upgrade and I was told to go to a table where one of the associates was sitting. She looked like she did not want to be bothered at all. I sat down no smile “how are you” what can I do for you? Nothing!!! I told her I was here to upgrade my phone, she proceeded to talk to me about accessories, iPads and Apple Watches. Which is fine because I know upselling is where it counts. She then told me that if they had the phone that she could not transfer any of my info and that I would have to come back. All of this for her to go in the back and tell me they don’t have the phone there and to go to country club hills location. I had already been at another T-Mobile and they told me that the matteson location had it. But I didn’t even go into that because I didn’t like the attitude. That location needs to work on being more personable with customers and perhaps try smiling for a change.I worked retail management for many years and perhaps some more training and role playing around customer interaction needs to happen. I left there and went to the Chicago Heights location where EVERYONE was nice and approachable. Especially an employee by the name of America!
