AVOID!!! BEWARE!!! GO TO ANOTHER PLACE!!!
Usually with Brett managing this Dominoes everything is great; on time and great customer service.
But tonight was TERRIBLE with whoever was in charge.
I came in and the young man was very off and rude to the point where I asked if he was ok. I was wondering why the price was so high for 3 pizzas; I asked in a respectful and pleasant tone. He was giving a terrible attitude, so I asked if someone else could help me with my questions.
Then the Hispanic young lady that took over my order was RUDE as well. I don’t think I was impolite or disrespectful the entire time. I just wanted to see why 3 pizzas was so more than what I calculated.
I returned after she took my order to get my reciept, and she deliberately ignored me multiple times knowing I was patiently waiting to be helped.
I was not rude or disrespectful in how I talked to them even though they were so disrespectful in return.
Then they gave me 4 pizzas, and I tried to explain it’s ok but that is where our misunderstandings came from—AND SHE WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL in her tone and attitude. Misunderstandings happen, but their DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE AND TONE is really terrible!
I understand people have bad days and have moods, but all I can say is this was a TERRIBLE, extremely disrespectful, immature, and a very unpleasant experience I’ve had with these employees.
I used to give 5-stars to this location when Brett was here managing the floor. Now I wont come back and will be letting my family and friends in the area how disrespectful this place is. There are plenty of other pizza places to go to in...
Read morePizzas are something you really like from a particular restaurant or you don't. Years ago I had Domino's in Detroit when they started. A couple of years they made a major change in just about everything. And absolutely for the better. There is a difference among the large chains. I find Domino's dough and crust superior and it seems like they have more quantity to the topping used. Particularly to their deep dish selections. There quality has been excellent and consistent over all orders. My personal preference is Domino's for the over all decisions. The pizza box itself does keep the pizza hotter and crispy fresh more than Pizza Inn or Pappa John's. Delivery services are delivery services...you order and you get it. At busy times there could be delays and you should understand that. You are given a time frame which is generally accurate for delivery. If really late, you can call the store and report it. I've had situations where they comped my next order and if it arrives wrong, I have returned it with no problems. Refund and replacement due to situation. Their customer service is very good. I like deep dish selections and this is my preference. If any of them had restaurant type seating, I would go there also. I'm kinda old fashioned and traditional, for my choices. Gourmet and eclectic things are not it. Domino's is consistent in quality, reasonable in prices and their special promotions I feel...
Read moreCON ARTISTS AND ULTRARUDE: Don't see the original review we wrote, so just in case, here we go again. Received a coupon - 'FREE medium pizza with two toppings...order now!' So we tried to. Pulled up the site, went through ordering and checkout (expected the five dollar delivery fee since we've ordered from Dominos before and hey! The pizza IS free, right?). Well, no. Can't check out because twenty dollars in additional food needs to be added to order. Nowhere in the coupon is that stated. Nowhere. Just a bold scummy con artist move. Called and tried to talk to both Kayla and Adriana, each unprofessional, insulting and needlessly horrible in her own way and each claiming to be the location's GM. In sort: 'You don't like how we run our business? Go order somewhere else. We have more than enough customers. Don't care about your so-called complaint'. CLICK. Twice.
So: By all means, order from Kayla and Adriana. We're certainly confident they won't mess with your food or bank or credit card info, based on their attitudes.
Yes. Yes, order from them. And enjoy your 'free' pizza.
*And they sent the SAME scam coupon again within minutes. How does anyplace this dishonest and rude stay...
