Always fresh and delicious. My favorite is the Lulu *UPDATE 3 YEARS LATER I'm normally a Jimmy John's sandwich eater, bit I wanted to try Jersey Mike's sandwich because of tik tok, so I thought I would get both and do a taste test. I was looking for a Jersey Mike's sandwich to compare to my Club Lulu from Jimmy John's, and they did not have one on the menu. I asked about it, and she said they had a secret sandwich called the California club, which was turkey and bacon. Why is it secret? 🤔Then I got it the Mike's way, which is adding lettuce tomato onion olive oil and vinegar. I also added pickle and onion. I chose the Rosemary Parm bread. The first thing I noticed was the amount of meat, Jersey Mike's barely gave me any Turkey 🙄. Secondly, it's 7 inches, and Jimmy John's is 8 inches. Then THE PRICE!! Jimmy John's LuLu is 9.62 wtax..Jersey Mike's California club was 12.39 wtax...WTH 😬🥴. Now before I went to Jersey Mike's. I signed up for the rewards program and with me trying to figure out what to get and asking questions and watching the sandwich and all of that I totally forgot to say that I was rewards so they could scan my phone now I know that is ultimately my responsibility to do that but Jimmy John's ask you every time are you a Rewards member so you don't have to worry about forgetting 😉 😏. When I left I looked up to see if I could get my rewards by using my receipt and it said that you could it told me how to do it on Google and I tried and then the dumb app said that receipt not found I didn't like five times and it still wouldn't take it so that pisses me off that I spent $12+ and don't get credit for it😡🤬. So finally the taste I have no clue what the hype is about with Jersey Mike's, because that was not a sandwich to remember. I actually didn't even eat half of the half. I prefer to eat my Jimmy John's sandwich. The rosemary bread did not taste like rosemary bread it just takes it like bread. There is nothing special to it, and that's one thing I love about Jimmy John's, is the taste of the French bread. 😋Secondly, I could barely taste the meat, probably because they barely gave me any🤷♀️. There was barely any mayo on it as well. Luckily, I grabbed some packets on the way out. So my overall opinion is I probably will not revisit Jersey Mike's! Expensive price and not worth the hype!🙅♀️. If I were to revisit, I would probably try a hot sandwich. I would never get another cold one. 💯 I'm team Jimmy John's Club Lulu...
Read moreI used to order from this Campbell location until about two years ago. So to be honest afterwards I always have ordered from the Beltline location because customer service was soooo much better and my order (delivery) was always right. Since I have moved to my new address where I can only order a delivery from Jimmy Johns on Campbell I was worried. When I lived at my other address I could have service from both locations. I ordered from the Campbell location and it was very fast but order was wrong and when I called the not so gentleman was very rude like I was an inconvenience and didn’t offer to correct it. So I reached out to the other store told them what I went through and they replaced my order for free ( they weren’t even the ones who messed it up) and that’s where I went from then on. WELL, I moved and the only location I can have delivery from is the one on Campbell. I have not ordered there in a long time, but thought I would try AGAIN, but this time Samantha was super sweet and took my order read it back to me and everything. I even told her about my previous experience and she said she hopes to make it better and never to experience that again. She was great and I thanked her over and over again. I believed once again :( Here is the problem.... I get my order, it still wasn’t right and I asked for extra peppers and didn’t get any and when the girl who delivered the food asked me to sign my credit card receipt, yanked the tip money out of my fingers while I was signing my Credit Card slip. I have given this location many chances and understood some mistakes (I do not always complain as everyone makes mistakes) but this is out of hand now in my opinion. I’m sad that I have been sick and taking care of my son who is sick for life ( too personal don’t want to go into it) and can’t even get a sandwich so I don’t have to cook for myself. I hate to order out, but sometimes my life is hard and just to have someone make something for me to eat is worth spending my hard earned money. Then again, when it’s wrong and an ungrateful person is at my door grabbing the tip from my fingers while I sign my Receipt is unacceptable. As much as I love Jimmy Johns, I’m done giving this location chance after chance. Such a...
Read moreLove JJ's and expect more from this location than they can offer. Tons of employees about at lunchtime, but none of them seem to care about actually taking care of customers. My issue is that I ordered a sandwich that they evidently make in advance and cannot alter or provide you with anything that you want added to it on the side (???). You have the ingredients to make it originally, why do you not have the ability to alter them to please the customer or at least give us what we are asking for? My sandwich was taken off of a display on the counter, thrown in a bag with no napkin and tossed at me without as much as a thank you. I had to continue to ask for what I wanted and was told no. When I asked to speak with a manager I waited forever. When I reminded someone that I was waiting, I was given a loud and obnoxious "We know!" from someone who moments earlier was kissing a man on the work floor. This is where it really gets good: the manager looked shocked that anyone would ever have a problem there. When I told him I did not appreciate having a sandwich that had been lying about for an undetermined amount of time, he advised me that they are allowed to make them four hours in advance! That explains why the meat was warm and the cheese was melted. When I asked why I could not have a fresh one made, he told me that was not possible. Dude, at least you could refrigerate them until lunch time instead of bragging about how long they lie about. I know the meat is well fortified with preservatives, but a four hour old sandwich is not appealing or healthy. Don't you advertise fast AND fresh?? Oh, and he does not have a boss because he is the franchise owner....wow that is scary. This experience was so unbelievable that it will take time to fully comprehend. How do you go from just wanting a cold, fresh sandwich for lunch to talking about old meat and cheese that could make me sick? To be far, he did offer me another sandwich, but by then I had waited so long for him and stared at that awful food so long that was not even appealing. Stick with the plan that made you successful: fresh and...
