I really don’t even know where to begin.
I have avoided this location (Campbell and 75) for over a year now bc of the cleanliness and staff.
The work area is always a disaster, the tables throughout are never cleaned off, the chips are almost always stale. But I went here after a long period of time bc it was close. Thought maybe I could give it another try.
As soon as I get in line, the guy at the bowl/burrito station doesn’t acknowledge me and is arguing with his coworker for a solid couple of minutes. As soon as he’s finished, he gets my items and moves them down to station two wear the toppings are held. As I’m pointing high to what I’d like, he tells “yeah don’t put your hands over the glass. Just tell me what you want.” First off, my hands weren’t over the glass. Secondly, a please or thank you instead of your arrogant attitude would have been nice and I would have returned with a apology.
As Soon as I’m done getting insulted, he then throws a good amount of pico on top of my burrito. Which I never asked for. I proceed to tell him and he gives me an eye roll, throws it away, makes a new one with brown instead of white rice. At this point I’m fed up with even telling him to get the same reaction from round 1. (Also, brown tastes the same as white so who cares)
Come home, and my chips are stale. Cool.
It’s guys like these that can put a damper on your day. I never fill out these reviews and was even tempted to call but I’m sure doing so would have done nothing and only pinpointed who I was.
So to you, guy, at the burrito station. I could have been feeling extra generous and left a really nice Christmas tip. But you gave me second thought and let me know how much you hate your job.
Thanks for...
Read moreI love chipotle but the staff at this location is very hit or miss, with more of the latter. the quality of meat for online orders is far less than in-person orders. My sister didn’t think they would do that so i tested it several times and proved her wrong. Its at the very least annoying that I have to go stand in line and watch them prepare my food to get the sufficient meat portion.
I would consider looking past that if it weren’t for my last experience there (detailed below) and the occasional employee on the line that seems annoyed with me ordering food.
I ordered online and the store hadn’t received my order. Of course I forgot my phone at home so I couldn’t prove to him that I ordered to that location. Went all the way back home for my phone, and when I returned the staff was super unprofessional and were talking about me like I wasn’t in front of them. They were arguing about my order being lost during a power outage, which is understandable and out of their hands if it was true, but the employee told me nothing about it the first time around, instead insisted I sent the order to the wrong store. At that point i didn’t care what the issue was and just wanted my food. Ended up finally eating a whole HOUR after the original estimated time...
Read moreThis is the worst chipotle location I’ve encountered as someone who’s loved chipotle for 15+ years. The food is generally “ok” but almost always cold. Tonight among other issues with our order, there was a large bone in my burrito. The lack of customer service makes the food experience take a huge hit. For example, the receipt clearly says chicken burrito and double wrapped. I didn’t check the bag before leaving, my fault, and they made a burrito bowl instead. My husband took it back with the receipt because he really wanted a burrito. When he asked them to put it in a tortilla the staffs reaction was basically like he had severely inconvenienced them. Mind you, it’s about 8pm and the store was not busy at all. It’s insane that you have to talk them into giving you the order you actually paid for (almost $20 burrito..). I almost never leave reviews but this was frustrating enough to write one after several below average experiences at...
