I order pizza from this location all the time. Today I picked up my order and Greg the manager gave me my order in a bag by the time I got home the cheese and pepperoni was completely off the pizza. It was a small giant slice of pizza so not even sure why he put this in a bag in the first place. I called and spoke to Greg again the person who handed me my order, and explained how the presentation of the pizza was. Even offered to take a picture. He went on to say that once the pizza leaves they are not liable, and that he has cameras. Completely dismissing the situation and not even apologizing. Then went on to hang up on me. I asked for his manager and he said he is the manager. There has to be someone above him that would handle the situation better. Sad thing is I will never go back to Ifratelli because of that experience I just had on the phone with a Manager. He didn’t even offer to remake it. Nothing. Just told me he’s not responsible and there’s cameras. Put a very bad taste in my mouth. I will never go back. Probably why they barely have any reviews only and...
Read moreThe employees at this location are always phenomenal! You can tell the owner and manager take pride in excellent customer service. I’ve ordered from this location for my family since it opened years ago. I took 1 star off because their gluten free’s crust tasted like wet paper. The toppings were sliding off and the crust was floppy & wet. Not sure if they changed the crust from years ago but for the price it’s not worth it. I scraped the toppings off of a few slices and ate it but threw the rest away. I had more that 3/4 of the pizza left. It’s probably the worst gluten feee crust I’ve had in a while. My family had the regular pizza and liked it. Sadly, I won’t order gluten free from I Fratelli’s in the future because I have better options. I’m sure they’ll be fine without my gluten free orders because their regular pizza is really good from what I remember. Unfortunately, I’ve had to eat gluten free the last few years due...
Read moreLove their thin crust pizzas. There's only 1 problem, I have to drive over 20 miles to the nearest location. It's that good I travel for it. My favorites are The Staff Special, which is chicken and artichoke with diced tomatoes. Also, the Carnivore Classico pizza with all meat toppings. The pizza crust here is a thin cracker type. The pizza is oval shaped and cut in square pieces. The sauce is not overpowering but just enough to complement the overall pizza. This location is off of 75 in a shopping complex and easy to find. I really wish that I fratelli would come east toward Rockwall. I think it would be very popular in this city. This is a pick up or delivery only. This location is not a...
