King's Pizza and Draft — Restaurant in Richardson

First impressions: rustic, kinda small.

There is a great selection of beer, see attached photo.

The pizza slices are HUGE! Again, see attached photo.

You can get a huge slice, a whole 24" pizza, or a whole 14" pizza.

I tried a slice of the pepperoni, my SO tried a slice of the Manhattan. We were both very happy with our pizzas.

We also shared a half Caesar salad, amd it was surprisingly very good.

Overall, I'd recommend this place for some pizza, the atmosphere, and selection of beer. They also have wings available.

Addendums: Look, I think you should always eat pizza with your hands. Fork & knife? What are you some kinda northerner!? But this pizza... it's too big to eat with your hands. It's GIANT. Use the plastic fork & knife they offer next to the drinks. Which brings me to my next point, the sodas. Ok, yeah, there's beer and and a good selection of it, but there's also Stubborn Sodas. No artificial flavors, no artificial sweeteners, no high fructose corn syrup! And it's Tasty! I had the agave vanilla cream soda and my SO had the root beer. Both were very good.

Again, I'm recommending this place because the staff were also super friendly. This is probably my new pizza joint....

Our party of three has slowly been eating at every pizza place around Garland and Richardson. We have passed by many times, and on Saturday 2/15/25 we made our first visit.

There was basically no wait. You order at the counter. We were kindly offered sample tastes for our beer, but that wasn't needed.

We each got the local blonde on tap. Beer was delicious and ICE cold.

We ordered the meatzilla 24 inch. My daughter got a single slice of pizza. Wait wasn't too long for our food, maybe 15 mins max. While waiting, we noticed a significant pickup and delivery service business.

Our pizzas arrived HOT and delicious. Each individual protein had a fantastic flavor. My daughter was very happy with our pizza choice.

Bathrooms were clean -

My experience has to be pretty awful not to leave 5 stars. I know a negative review can impact a business or even someone's job.

I thought the crust could have been more crisp - -two tables sat dirty for our entire visit - Three TVs one turned off, and the other two on different channels, and with the sound on. It was too much -

Our very flimsy paper plates were two small (see pic) for the pizza , a pizza pan like my daughter got would have...

Excellent, fresh pizza....our new neighborhood go-to. Love the flop, stoked that somewhere local (and good) finally has kalamata olives on the toppings list! Next time I'm going to ask them to do my pizza extra well done only because that's my personal preference.

The salads are fresh GREEN! and big as hell. The house made ranch dressing is delicious as well.

I'm not a wing gal (especially at pizza places), but they are doing a good job of convincing me to eat more wings. The house-made bbq sauce is great, reminds me of my mom's (hard to beat), we also tried the mild buffalo which was also very tasty.

The ONLY small drawback to this place is that they solely offer craft sodas, and I'm very much a Coca-Cola addict. True confession session: last time, we purchased the full sized drinks (cups with ice) from the restaurant, but not-so-discreetly smuggled our own Cokes in....
