Rude and indifferent workers who are argumentative and not properly trained on making Starbucks beverages. It’s fine to make mistakes, they did not hear my order apparently, but when they made a regular flat white instead of a blonde flat white they argued and said it was “ristretto shot not blonde”. Ristretto is a short shot, a process/method, it has nothing to do with what espresso roast you choose. Then when I insisted it’s a blonde flat white and I have always ordered blonde flat whites at every Starbucks, the girl at the counter said “you didn’t say blonde.” I have never ordered anything else in the entire time since Starbucks launched blonde espresso, there is zero chance of me ordering a regular espresso at Starbucks. It’s not the end of the world, and I’m more than tolerant of accidents and mistakes happening, but to cop an attitude, argue and then blame me? How hard is it to just say “Apologies, we’ll remake that.”
To top it off, the girl at the register was already in some kind of conflict with the previous customer when I came up, and she let me and my boyfriend stand there waiting while she finished gossiping with her coworker. They need adult...
Read more11/26/2023 Around 6:30pm. God forbid a paying customer forgets to ask for almond milk for their drink. The white girl acts like almond milk is coming out of her paycheck. “Next time, you’ll have to pay” when I asked if she can make my drink with almond milk instead. God forbid I make a mistake as a human being! I even offered twice to pay for almond milk because it’s not a problem to me. But she acted so annoyed and rude. I work in customer service as well, and yes customers make mistakes and can be annoying but I understand mistakes happen and I just proceed with my day and help them with a smile REGARDLESS especially if they’re not rude! I was not rude once but apparently almond milk was her last straw.
She needs to get retrained or work in another field of work, because that nasty attitude won’t take her far but hey much love and good...

I will say I am disappointed in the management that was on duty one specific visit. An error was made with our order, and it had to be remade. I'm never a Coffee Karen and would normally keep the order except this day it was made with almond milk, which my daughter is allergic to. The manager walked by and threw a gift card at the cashier who made the error, and he gave it to me. I felt so bad for this employee that they were treated so horribly. We were very friendly and understanding, and there was no excuse for this behavior. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT! These kids already have to deal with...
