Tofu Factory Korean Cuisine — Restaurant in Richardson

I ordered during dinner time and they failed to bring me clean chopsticks and water cups 3 times in arow. I asked them to cancel my order because I don’t want to eat at a place that cannot give me a clean cup. Only the side dish made it to my table.

(This comment is made post response to the owner. I am not exaggerating. You can see and show the CCTV camera or footage but it will show that I sat down. It took roughly 5 minutes to be attended to. It took me about another 8 minutes for me to even get a chance to get another cup of water. It makes me sad that an establishment cannot admit to being at fault. I have worked in the food industry and you can tell everyone that you gave me another dirty cup and another dirty cup. Why would I make up a lie for food I didnt even get to enjoy? Did you also share the 10 minutes of me cleaning my chopsticks? Or the kimchi stains on my first cup? You rinsed of the first cup with water and no soap and gave it back to me. The third attempt/cup had food residue float up once I poured my water in. I do not recommend this place to anyone just from their response. Exaggeration...

Came here for a Birthday Dinner with family tonite. Our first time dining here. Our server Isabel let us sit there for a good 20 min before approaching and asking us if we were ready to order yet. Didn't introduce herself or offered any suggestions! 30 min later the Food arrived. My folks enjoyed their meals. I sent my Bulgogi back. It was overcooked and very sweet. I asked to see a manager from the waitress at the next table and she said Manager? What's that? A sauce? Lol.... Finally 40 min later Isabel arrives at the table. She said she was the Manager on duty tonite 03/04/2023. Whoever runs this restaurant should really consider hiring servers with people skills. Not just an order taker. What a shame and waste of an evening for my Bday. Thanks Tofu Factory for an Unforgettable Experience!

First time at the tofu factory after the restaurant name changed. Everything we ordered was delicious. The dishes were flavorful and portions were very great for the price . Kimchi fried rice with cheese on the bottom went well together. Seafood tofu soup has a big tofu inside of it not visible in the picture. Seafood pancake had large chunks of calamari and tentacles. There were some parts that were more doughy than crisp all the way around but its a pretty big pancake. Mackerel had very little bone in them, maybe a couple of missed pins from cleaning them and were a good size. Katsu comes in a genrous serving for those that aren't into all the seafood items. Kalbi had great flavor and had quality size cuts. Spicy rice cakes were cooked to a firm texture and not soft and mushy like other locations. 3 of the 4 stone bowl of rice had the crispy rice along the bowls. the 4th we had to ask for later so it might of been rushed a little. It may take little work to get them off the bowl together but very doable. Will definitely be going back to try the...
