I have eaten at the Richardson restaurant several times. However when I went there on Sunday (8/16/2015), the service was horrible, and nobody seemed to care. I ordered the Chicken Bowtie, and asked for extra mushrooms. The lady taking my order (trainee) asked the manager how to do it, and he told her not to do it. He told me that mushroom come in the sauce. I said I am aware of that, since I have had it many times, but I wanted extra mushrooms. He punched in the order on the computer, and took over from the girl who was being trained. I assumed that he added the mushrooms. When the order came out, it did not come with extra mushrooms, and the receipt said nothing about extra mushrooms. I guess he didn't want me to add extra mushrooms for some reason. Anyway, I pick up my order, and start adding pepper from the Peppercorn shaker on the counter. After 3 turns, it stopped giving out pepper. I shook it, and there was pepper in there. Tried it again, and nothing came out. I asked this same manager if he had another pepper shaker. He just looked at me and said that was all they had, and didn't try to fix it, or help me, or anything. I told him that he needed to pay attention to the customers, since they are what kept the place open. But he didn't really seem to care. If I go back in there and he is there, I will walk back out and spend my money elsewhere, where I am...
Read moreThis is by far the best place to hangout, eat and chill after the work day or work week. The atmosphere is great for watching sports or to sit and chat with family & friends. The dining room is always clean, well maintained and fully stocked. The staff is very courteous and attentive to the customers. It's a great place for lunch as well. I've been there for lunch several times and although it's pretty packed, I've always gotten my food in a timely manner. The lunch crowd is usually business like. However, there's still a lot of casual, cool people, like me, that go there. The menu has a great variety of choices. It basically covers the "all time" favorites; pizza, burgers, pasta, sandwiches, soups and gourmet salads. I've pretty much tried everything on the menu and have not been disappointed. The best part of this experience is the owners. David and Tracy are amazing and do an exceptional job running the restaurant. They know their regular customers by name, which is always a good sign of great customer service. So if you're looking for a new spot for lunch or dinner with your awesome friends, stop by Urban Eatz. Because who doesn't want to go where everybody knows your name and they're always...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK!!! My girlfriend and I live close by so we decided to try this place. The first time I had the club and she had the California Club both on ciabatta bread, both delicious. Tonight we went back for dinner again and I had the blue cheese burger. After noticing a strong pungent odor, far stronger than what a normal blue cheese burger should smell like I advised both the lady and gentlemen at the counter that they may want to check the blue cheese as I think it might not be good anymore. The gentleman barely acknowledged me and basically nodded smiled and continued his conversation with the woman. Neither one asked to see the burger that I ordered or asked if there was anything they could do they were rather concerned with the conversation that they were having prior to me walking up. Such a shame you can't find fresh ingredients at the restaurants in the area. I think that the corner 7-Eleven would provide us with far fresher ingredients than we were served at Urban Eatz. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT...
