Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Richfield

This is the second time I have ordered from this location since it's right across from my work, and I can pick it up on the way home. While the location has always been terribly slow, they have at least been friendly and apologetic. My last visit was horrendous. I ordered online about an hour ahead for a 5:30p pick up. One hour should be sufficient time for a pizza that doesn't need to be baked to be ready to be picked up. When I arrived the store was very busy. When I checked in to pick up my order I was told it was "at the end of the line, but would be done very soon". When I questioned why it hadn't even been done yet when I ordered about an hour ago, I was told "I'm sorry, but we're busy". I waited for an additional 20 minutes before my order was even started. It was then that a man, who from the looks of it was in charge, came up and threw down crusts and sauced them putting my ticket in line. Needless to say I waited a total of 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time, that I had ordered an hour prior to that. 1 1/2 hours for a pepperoni pizza is ridiculous. There was no apology, the staff never picked up speed despite the 20 other people waiting for their food, and there was no management being given.

I will give this location another chance, but I sincerely hope that things change. The staff is polite but not really concerned about...

We like to get a pizza from here once every week on Friday or Saturday and until recently it has been great. Your service at this location was actually very courteous and fast........until recently. The past couple months you guys have seriously gone down hill. Every time we get a pizza now, it literally looks like you dumped everything in the middle and jipped us out of toppings. We experienced this again today. Our pizza crust was rolled up some on the sides so the pizza is actually smaller than what we ordered and there's no sauce or toppings around the whole outside. Last time, the guy at the register was trying to get us to pay for things that we weren't ordering. Needless to say, I hope you guys at this location get your act together because whenever we are in there, it seems like there are more and more people leaving dissatisfied. We saw some angry customer swear at the workers for making him wait over 30 mins. for one pizza and never called his name when it was done. Yikes. Not saying he was right in doing that but wow.

Please fix your issues. We don't want to drive to a different location since you guys are right down the street. I hope you see this review and make some positive changes. We will keep giving you second, third, fourth,...

Normally happy here but tonight was awful.

Ordered one pizza and it was busy. No worries. I get it. But when 7 of us are waiting for our order and the employee looks right at me and says sternly, "sir, it's going to be a wait for your order." I never even said anything!

He then scolded another customer because she didn't have an order number and said, "when you order, you NEED to give your name." She comically replied, "yes, sir" to which we all laughed because WE DON'T WORK THERE. If you don't ask, how should we know?

What prompted me to write this was my annoyance that I had two people order after me and both had their orders fulfilled before me. I was in a rush and got no apology. I didn't need free stuff, just recognize it.

I stop here once or twice a week. Never during busy times. Shouldn't matter. I'll try again but if this experience happens again, I'll just go to another location near me. Unless I research and find it to be the same owner. Then I guess it's time to figure out...
