2:30-2:45 PM 1/31/18: The dining experience was terrible. There were three employees there, two guys and a woman. The first guy took my order, the second guy made my order, and while he was making it the first guy and the woman started chatting. This quickly went from a friendly chat to the woman LOUDLY complaining about another coworker who was not present. She's standing directly in front of the register at this point. The guy finishes making my sandwich, hands it to me, and I go up to the register to pay. She's just standing there ignoring me and still loudly complaining to the other guy. The person who made my sandwich notices that she's clearly not paying attention and goes to ring me up himself, obviously annoyed that he's going to have to wash his hands again and put on new gloves before he prepares food for the next person in line. I say thank you and go as far as I possibly can toward the opposite end of the restaurant to eat, hoping to ignore the woman's incessant complaining. Nope, didn't help. It took me about 10-15 minutes to eat my food, and she was complaining so loud that I could hear her every word the entire time I was eating. I completely understand being upset with a coworker, but it's unprofessional and rude to discuss it at a volume that the whole restaurant can hear. You don't do that sort of thing when customers are present. I'm not even sure how she was able to complain about the same thing for 15 minutes straight (and probably longer because she was STILL complaining while I left the building). She should be hired to filibuster in the Senate, it's actually a talent to be that annoying for that long. Will not be...

The serving size here was perfect in my opinion. Bread to meat ratio was adequate, but I'd ask for more cheese in the future. I got an Italian sammich and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich was warm and crunchy, but not burnt, the inside of the dough was perfectly chewy. The soup has carrots and broccoli pieces cooked to tender perfection. It filled me up perfectly with even a bite to spare, but I am a 5'2, 113 lb female, so take that into account. The restaurant is clean and I lived sitting on the patio just watching cars go by. They weren't very busy at 1740 in the evening, which made the line quick and easy to navigate. The staff quickly answered my questions and gave me excellent recommendations. They do not offer a military discount, which stinks since that's the only reason I'm in the City any ways, but they also don't accept tips. Overall great, quick, easy, yummy...

I ordered a wreck with double meat and mushrooms and double cheese for delivery. I received the order early which was awesome! I also noticed that the sandwich was missing the double meat and the mushrooms. At first I wasn't completely believed, they had a conversation about mushrooms while making my sandwich. I understand people are constantly trying to get free stuff by making false accusations. Anyway, they did eventually believe me and gave me a full refund for the sandwich that was missing extras ( I offered to pay for the sandwich without the extras ). I then put the order in again and they did a great job, very delicious sandwich the second time around and not to mention, the whole conversation was very professional and respectful. I appreciate the help I received over the phone. Great place to get great...
