Burger King — Restaurant in Richland Township

I don't like reviews, but this was particularly a poor experience. I pulled into the drive-thru at roughly 7: 30 and left at around 8pm. I waited in the drive-thru line for about 10 minutes before being able to even place my order. I paid and then was told I was waiting only on French fries and to pull around to the front and someone would bring out my order. I was like, oh okay, McDonald's and other places do this, so I was understanding. I sat in my car for about another 10 minutes, with no one coming out to my car, nor the 2 cars in front of me who were told the same thing and already waiting. I see them get out and I follow suit as we've all been waiting awhile. I waited as they gathered the things for the other 2 groups who were waiting in front of me to get my stuff, I was in no rush not a big deal. I then had 3 different people ask what I had ordered, wasn't until the third person did someone start collecting my order which none of it was actually ready or done. I was told I was waiting on fries when I was at the window, but it appears they were quick to take my money but not to give me my food. It was short staffed it looked like, maybe only 4 employees in entire restaurant but this was worse than just short staffing, it looked disorganized and not like they were ready to handle any kind of rush. On top of all this, the food was cold, soggy and just not made well. The store looks nice, the people seem nice but the quality of product they put out, the overall lack of service for those who gave you their money and you had told to pull around because you'd bring out their food to them to keep the service smooth and moving but seemed to just forget about or drop the order altogether. I find it hard to justify coming back here...

I came in today at approximately 2:05 to miss the lunch traffic. The front counter customer service was awesome! He was very professional and prompt. His smile and the way that he greeted me alone deserves a 10. I gave him my order the young man actually helped me decide what to buy myself. However when I did get back to work and looked into my bag the food was cold. I work roughly 5 minutes up the road. When I say the food was cold the cheese was not melted on my sandwich, the onion rings were cold and I asked for everything to be fresh. The reason why I didn’t ask the manager who was there was because another customer asked for her food to be hot and his response was “I’m sorry this place is too busy for anything to be old we replenish and cook fresh food all day”. On my way out I did tell the manager that his employees customer service was awesome. The reason why this was so disheartening was today was the first time that my patient could have soiled food and she has been requesting BK for 3 weeks. She could not eat the food because it was cold. I had to do another med pass and she began to cry. I did call but the voicemail explained that it was not check, this was also disturbing. So I’m basically out of 17.47 because I had to send another staff member to McDonald’s. I fell my patient tremendously. The Burger King was not busy at this time but the food was not fresh. I have called three times and I haven’t had any luck with speaking with anyone. I’m extremely frustrated...

Driving down 309 I feel my bones start to shake; I feel my eyes pinpoint on a fixed location. I feel myself channeling the mighty Captain Ahab. I I feel myself piloting my vessel towards the king of the burgers. My mouth begins to water. My wallet seems to effortlessly leave my pocket. As I approach the point of order. I complete my order and thank the oder taker for their service for with our the order the order can not be completed. There at the drive-thru window I spy the drive-thru lady. She is standing there holding my delicious lunch. The lunching activities will soon commence. I grabbed the lunch and under a hearty sailors laugh. I open the bag and began to grab first the fries; only one or two. Then I put the French fry Cup in my cup holder as I reach for the burger. The moment I bite into one of these Burgers a tear forms in the pit of my eye. It brings me joy it brings me peace brings me happiness that I have not felt since the last time I ate one of them Burger King burgers. I come here every Wednesday to consume one of them Whopper Wednesday. And every time I eat one of those absolutely delicious Whoppers I am shocked because it is even more delicious than the last time I have consumed one of them Whopper Wednesday Whopper jawns. the burger is always so juicy the lettuce is also crisp the tomatoes are nice and fresh every point of this it's like a waltz with the most delicious...
