Wendy's — Restaurant in Richland Township

Wendy’s Johnstown is proof that “fast food” doesn’t mean fast. Walked in with my coworker, she orders right away, but when it’s my turn? Nope. Suddenly they “can’t take more orders until tickets clear.” Translation: stand there and look stupid while your coworker eats without you. Brilliant system.

Five minutes just to order, another 10 for food that tasted like it had been waiting longer than me. By the time I sat down, my break was basically gone. Thanks, Wendy’s — exactly what every hungry customer wants: wasted time, cold food, and staff that treat common sense like it’s rocket science.

If you’re into slow service, bad management, and lunch breaks ruined for sport, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally...

Went through the drive-through, had to go over my order a couple times. When I got up to the window to pay the young gentleman at the drive-in window had to ask me what drinks I got. I had to ask for a drink carrier since I had three drinks. When I got home, my sons triple cheeseburger was supposed to have ketchup and cheese only and has everything on it. The fries also tasted burnt. I went to drink my large Diet Coke and it was cherry Coke. This is very disappointing given the amount of money that I paid for a fast food meal. We purchased lunch for take out inside the Wendy's restaurant today. While we ate our lunch in the car our 12 year old son said, "My chicken sandwich is raw." So I quickly advised him to stop eating it and hand it to me. It looked uncooked and I really pray he did not eat any part of the uncooked sandwich! The health department needs to pay a visit to this Wendy's because it appears there needs to be a food safety class training for the Wendy's employees at this particular restaurant!
