Wendy's — Restaurant in Richland Township

Wonder of wonders it was the 1st time in the last 6 visits that the "system" wasn't down and not just sent on our way. Ok ordering this Wendy's has always had issues with the drive thru maybe the speaker isn't configured correctly or something but it shouldn't have to repeat your self 3 times and still have an order not correct We ordered a fair amount as it was for multiple people we were taking back to and our total reflected that for sure but to sit there repeating your order drive 20 minutes home and then the only 2 specific requests you made due to allergies weren't followed along with 2 small items missing completely from the order it was a most disappointing experience I mean it is Wendy's fast food in general not like we were expecting great things but the way its going and the money they are getting paid over 22.00 an hour at some that over 44,000 a year!! College graduates with student loans don't make that much. Go look what an assistant DA makes and that's law school also if you can't do a good job for 12 bucks an hour why would we expect better for...

This is probably one of the worst Wendy's that exists. Unfortunately it is the only one on my way from my camp back to my house and I have to stop there if I want to get Wendy's. I stopped this past Thursday and they didn't have any cheese... This place is literally a cheeseburger store and to not have cheese is completely unacceptable. The drive through line is totally horrible, I waited for over 12 minutes in the line to be told at the speaker about the no cheese and then just went next door to Taco Bell. The service is always sloth paced slow, I've had to go inside multiple times to return food because it was improperly prepared, and the employees don't seem like they are properly trained by management. I can't suggest anyone goes here unless your dying for Wendy's and if you do go then I'd suggest you go inside instead of the drive through to save yourself...

Wendy's appears to be the worst for wear, compared to their comp, with being short staffed due to covid in as much as their sandwiches and fries taste the worst when they've been prepped but not served for a bit. I don't know for sure that's what's happening, but I can say that I've been to Wendy's 3 times in the past few months and the food each time has be a lukewarm and soggy mess. Quite disgusting, actually. I think this may be a backhanded compliment of sorts because I assume the reason has something to do with the "freshness" or "less-frozenness" of their food, again compared to competitors. I've been to the big competitor the same amount of visits, if not more, in the same time frame and that food tastes the same as it always does.
