Dickey's Barbecue Pit — Restaurant in Richland

I ordered from them one night maybe about an hour or so before closing on Uber Eats. The driver called me and said they didn’t have ANY of the food I ordered. Apparently the new owners don’t let them make any more food by a certain point in the day. He put a female employee on the phone to inform me of what they had left. Nothing seemed interesting to me, so I said to cancel it. She said she couldn’t cancel it on her end, and I had to cancel on my end. I was charged anyway for NOTHING. Didn’t receive anything. I call and ask for a refund, they said they would let management know. Weeks go by and nothing. Uber won’t refund me because the driver had already shown up for the order. I tried multiple times to get either a refund or the food I originally ordered, and I get ghosted by them. At no point was I rude, and I understood that their manager was on vacation and was just getting back. No worries, just let me know when it would get resolved. Absolutely no word from anyone, despite leaving my contact info twice. Thanks for stealing money from me, will absolutely never be going back and...

If zero stars was an option that's what I would leave for this place. Last weekend we ordered chicken wings frys mac and cheese and a desert. Our chicken didn't even taste like real chicken it was disgusting 🤢 the frys were soggy and mushy and we never got our desert also our wings were the wrong flavor so for almost 45 dollars we were very disappointed. My husband called to make a complaint to see what could be done they said they would have the Manager call us Sunday morning or Monday mornin. Monday afternoon rolls around and we call to get this resolved and were told the Manager who could make any changes wasnt in. They said they would be in Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and we wait tell the afternoon hoping this would be done with and nothing I called to see if someone could fix this and was told the manager will be in Thursday it's almost 7pm and Noone has called us. We get mistakes happen but more than one manager should be able to make this right. We will not be back and don't recommend this...

DELICIOUS!!!!! What can you say about Dickey's? As you walk, the place has ample room for big groups and even small groups.

You can watch them wrapping up the brisket and the pulled pork before they take your order. The smell of the meats and poultry. If you could get full with just the smell of the food, but it is not possible.

I ordered the simple pulled pork plate with my two sides ( Mac n cheese and baked beans with bacon). I expected a small amount of pulled pork, but it was more than enough. Plus I also enjoyed the spicy barbecue sauce. Lots of flavor.

The sides were just as good as the meat , oh and can't forget the sliced pickles and fresh white onion. The onion was strong but was the perfect mix with the sauce and pork.

And then to top that off you get a free small ice cream cone. What a way to finish your meal.

The facility is very clean. They also have a nice WALL OF HONOR. It is there to honor the local veterans of the Military. The patches reminded of days past.
