This place RUINED all other coffee shops for me...be warned! You won't want to go anywhere else.
I wasn't a big coffee drinker until I tried this cute little coffee shop in Richmond Hill--coffee was too bitter for me. But I got hooked on the smooth, delicious fresh roasted coffee drinks, tea drinks and smoothies that are served up daily in this awesome coffee shop.
Since I started drinking coffee, I've picked up coffee drinks on my frequent travels around the US. I have not found a better coffee ANYWHERE. Other coffee is bitter, this isn't. This coffee is super smooth. Hands down the best I've had anywhere. Can't recommend any higher.
Great pastries made in-house, and other fun items for sale. Veteran owned, military discount, great knowledgable baristas, frequent buyer punch card for free drinks. Owner Eric is frequently available for a chat on just about anything.
You won't find a better coffee spot for a pick me up or hang out space. Don't...

The coffee is the best around (roasted in-house), and the staff is even better! I love coming here for the interactions with them just as much as I love coming here for the coffee! Eric and staff (Katelyn too ;) ) are always wonderful and are always willing to take a minute to talk. Makes the experience that much better!
As a retired USAF Veteran, I love what Eric and staff do for the Vet community. Hosting Coffee and Camaraderie each month with The Fight the War Within Foundation, gives us a chance to hang out with fellow vets and discuss issues as well as meet new people.
If you go anywhere in "The HIll" for coffee,...

Not sure people of color would be welcome there. That in combination with all the military paraphernalia certainly made me felt uncomfortable. Not that I donāt support our troops. But, when a person with advertised combat experience loudly announces thier prejudices to the room, itās hard to feel safe around them. I moved outside, because there was no where in the shop to avoid listening to his monologue. Itās a shame, because the young women who worked there were kind and the coffee and snacks were good. Just canāt give that guy any more...
