Ok, LONG REVIEW. We just moved here from Virginia. My pup has EXTREME anxiety when it comes to the vet and the groomer. Like, not even exaggerating a tiny bit. I called and explained our situation and was informed of the "straight thru" service for an extra $15. This ensures your pup never leaves the groomers hands. BEST EXTRA $15 I HAVE EVER SPENT! I literally waited in my car. My Roscoe was done within one hour and 15 minutes. We cannot kennel our sweet boy because of his anxiety (he's a former stroke patient, so the less anxiety the better). Allison did a phenomenal job!!! Although Roscoe wouldn't allow her to touch his face, he looks so stinkin cute! He is always lethargic after grooming for about two days because he gets so worked up, but my baby has been the happiest pup even when I got him home the day of. I am so hard to please because I'm THAT dog mom who wants nothing but the absolute best for my baby, and I am so overprotective of him given his situation. I'm here to tell you, I am overly pleased with the service we got. I wish I could give more than 5 stars honestly. Allison, I hope you read this and I hope you know how much you have eased my fears, but more importantly, my Roscoe's. We are forever...

What an incredible experience! Pawparazzi is, by far, the most outstanding grooming service that I have come across. From scheduling the appointment to pick up, everything was 5/5 stars. First, I was impressed by the intuitive and efficient online appointment system. Super convenient for someone with a hectic schedule. Then, on the appointment date, I arrived at an adorable and impeccable facility. My husky was greeted by Jessie, who was kind and patient during the initial consultation. Jessie was thorough and not once did I feel rushed. Jessie was communicative throughout the appointment and it was evident that he was committed to providing exceptional customer service, which he absolutely did.

My husky came home looking stellar. I was also impressed that she came home demonstrating a happy demeanor and ready to play. I am used to seeing her come home from other grooming appointments looking somber. I used to think that she was just tired. It was clear that Jessie did everything right - including making my girl feel comfortable. I have now scheduled my 2nd husky with Jessie, and we have officially found our new permanent groomer!

Booked an appointment for grooming in January and we had to cancel. Wife called to cancel and the the lady said no problem they were extremely busy and it worked out better for them anyways. So we call back at a later date and we book again for February and are told we have to make a deposit of $25, which is fine just figured new policy because of how busy they are or whatever. So as we approach the date and my dog's hair is not quite at length to be groomed so I try to reschedule and the manager, Amanda, says they will be happy to reschedule but I will lose my deposit and in no way is it transferrable. And that the deposit was because we were logged as a "no show" and that they tried to "call us but could not leave a message"...which was a complete lie. And icing on the cake, when I told her that this would be the last time we would be going there because of this, she did not care one bit. She almost sounded happier to not have to deal with me anymore. They will not get another dollar from me and I recommend to go somewhere else where they actually care about there...
