This is honestly just the worst Chipotle location anywhere. Despite the fact that there has been an issue literally every time Iāve gotten food (or tried to) here, I convince myself every couple of months that itās not as bad as I remember and that itās worth it for the convenience. Turns out, it IS as bad as I remember and it is NOT worth the convenience.
Tonightās issue was that I put in a mobile order, waited 10 minutes past pickup time, only for them to say they couldnāt make it because they didnāt have cheese or guac. I then asked for a refund and they said they canāt refund mobile apps in store and they didnāt know how to do it on the app. If you cannot refund a mobile order, you have to do a better job of monitoring the ordering system. Iām currently out the money I paid until I can figure out how to deal with their corporate office to get a refund.
I do not write negative reviews based on one experience and I have them TONS of benefit of the doubt when the restaurant was brand new. But after months of ridiculous wait times and then continuously running out of multiple staple ingredients, itās clear that itās just a poorly run location.
