This is honestly just the worst Chipotle location anywhere. Despite the fact that there has been an issue literally every time I’ve gotten food (or tried to) here, I convince myself every couple of months that it’s not as bad as I remember and that it’s worth it for the convenience. Turns out, it IS as bad as I remember and it is NOT worth the convenience.
Tonight’s issue was that I put in a mobile order, waited 10 minutes past pickup time, only for them to say they couldn’t make it because they didn’t have cheese or guac. I then asked for a refund and they said they can’t refund mobile apps in store and they didn’t know how to do it on the app. If you cannot refund a mobile order, you have to do a better job of monitoring the ordering system. I’m currently out the money I paid until I can figure out how to deal with their corporate office to get a refund.
I do not write negative reviews based on one experience and I have them TONS of benefit of the doubt when the restaurant was brand new. But after months of ridiculous wait times and then continuously running out of multiple staple ingredients, it’s clear that it’s just a poorly run location.
If you absolutely must eat here out of convenience, I highly recommend ordering in the restaurant. However, be advised that your best case scenario is an excessive wait IF they have the ingredients to...
Read moreNow I’m all for portion control but this place is very skimp on their protein. They wouldn’t have to cut costs and penny pinch so the budget would increase. Their budget is poor now because the service and the food and works suck big time. It’s obvious many of the workers lack common sense or have any “oomph” about themselves. I paid for a half chicken and half steak bowl, I asked for a little more chicken, not double chicken but one or two extra pieces since they were cut fairly big. Out of nowhere, a short lady came up and said “you can’t have that, that’s too much chicken and he should’ve gave you less” then proceeded to reprimand the worker in front of me. I asked for more portions. Don’t belittle him, he is just serving me. And I’m a PAYING customer who is paid $13 for a burrito bowl with two meats, not EXTRA meat so if I want a chicken, I should receive a normal portion not a smaller portion. So again, they are trying to stay on budget with these small portions trying to feed ADULT humans and the prices are only going up but the portions are getting smaller? And they think we don’t have a right to ask for more? $9 for one meat $13 for two meats. I’m getting my monies worth. And I did just that. This location is in a good area so if they don’t improve, I foresee them closing soon. Because it’s utter...
Read moreI was so excited for this chipotle to open because it’s a 1 minute walk for me. But it is so sad that they have only been open about 1 week and they have so many bad reviews already. they are completely understaffed and every time i’ve gone they’re out of everything, not sure how things operate but they need to be better about their inventory. they also skimp your food and barely give you any food like other chipotle’s. out of chips, out of rice today. i mean come on, as a business you should be embarrassed about the amount of bad reviews you have within 1 week of opening…either they need new employees or a new manager or i don’t know…but i don’t understand why open up another location if you can’t even make sure you have basics ingredients that people want to eat and today they put a giant chunk of ungraded cheese in my bowl!!!! literally what lol, whoever the owner or manager is, needs to stay on top of their employees and their business. or go back to being an employee if they can’t handle the basics of a business. biggest lesson on owning a business is to always make sure you have enough inventory and THEN some, you’ve been open 1 WEEK!!!!!!!!! and idk maybe they have enough and their employees aren’t prepping the food either way step it up. you could have made a better first impression of a...
