Today was the last straw with this location. So first thing first nobody speaks when you come in and when you ask how are you to spark a conversation since you will be handling my food they act like u speaking a FOREIGN LANGUAGE. I watched the short black guy today who should have been more FRIENDLY since he ask what you want TOUCH BOWLS AND OTHER STUFF WITH SAME DAMN GLOVES THAT HE ATTEMPTS TO touch my torilla with dirty GLOVES..# Nasty then to get upset talk CRAP UNDER YOUR BREATH because I informed him on my TOMATO allergy and that like I NEED YOU CHANGE YOUR GLOVES # I MEAN IF YOU GONE Change gloves common sense would tell you Wash your hands especially IF A CUSTOMER TELLING YOU AHEAD OF TIME THE ISSUE. The portion that he attempted to put in my salad bowl a kid would still be Hungry..IF IM PAYING FOR STEAK AND CHICKEN THEN THOSE 2 PROTEINS SHOULD BE IN THE DAMN BOWL. LIKE dry looking meat then asked if more Steak coming up NAW THATS ALL WE GOT TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. # IT STAYED RIGHT THERE ON THE COUNTER WHERE HE RUBBED IT AGAINST THE TOMATOES ON PURPOSE...THEN THE SO CALLED MANAGER BLACK SKINNY GUY NO NAME TAG SUCKED ALSO. IF A CUSTOMER ASK TO SPEAK WITH YOU ABOUT HOW I WAS TREATED AND U don't even attempt to apologize or make it better Says Alot. #Wonder if I won't who I was with my face mask on would service been better NOPE # the people behind me was greeted way different ( was it because they was NOT BLACK) I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION # Chipotle Hiring Gotta Do Better # Paying customers MATTER..# Pays to...
Read moreI normally don’t leave reviews, but this is not the first time this particular location has provided unacceptable service. On several occasions I’ve gone here trying to give the previous bad experience the benefit of the doubt, however they continuously prove themselves to be consistent. The employees are indifferent to interacting with customers at best and at worst they flat out will ignore customers at times. Their line is consistently understaffed (though their prep and grill people are floating around the restaurant) which means means slow times through the line and because of such, any food started at the beginning of the line will essentially be cold or room temperature by the time it gets to the register. Today, the young lady on the salsa position overstuffed my burrito and then couldn’t close it. She then proceeded to look at me to make sure I wasn’t watching and wrapped it in the foil anyways. When I opened it, it was cold and half of the contents had already fallen out. Their staff seems to be inattentive, unenthusiastic and without a moral compass. Management has not prioritized quality control, neither in product or in employees. You’ll get your food it just; it just won’t be...

Recently there is one person working the line, one doing online orders in the back and one doing food prep, making line wait times insane. Usually there is a line to the door. They are understaffed, which makes you feel bad for the employees. This Chipotle is in one of the busiest areas in Richmond (Carytown) and consistently they are out of key ingredients. I’ve gone twice this week and each time they have been out of chicken. Yesterday (7pm) I waited in a 5 person line for 30+ minutes, to be told they were out of chicken when it was my turn to order. I left and figured out different dinner plans, like I had a few days prior. A couple of people had already walked out because they were out of many ingredients. If you order ahead, beware, the portion sizes are very small.
I typically love Chipotle because it’s a place I can order food that meets the needs of my dietary restrictions. This Chipotle is very unreliable. It’s a couple miles away, but if you want a better experience, go to the Willow...
