I ordered a pizza online checked the tracking on the progress and it said it started being prepped at 6:38 pm so I went over to pick it up around 7 pm and it had not even been put in the oven yet and I was told it would be about 20 to 25 more minutes. I waited patiently then when I received my order it was wrong. So I took it back inside and told them. The girl did not say anything she just took the ticket and walked away. I had no clue what she was doing. She never said I'm sorry or asked if I could wait another 30 minutes for a new pizza. So I waited for the new one while I watched the two girls go behind the oven and then one came out laughing and the other one went to the bathroom. Still nothing was said to me or anything. I was very skeptical about taking the new pizza because of how the girls was laughing. As I continued to watch them make pizza with no gloves on or anything. Several people came in to pick up orders that was still not in the oven and were told it would be another 20 to 30 minutes. One man was going to order and was told it would be 1 1/2 hours for a pizza. Another man was told his order was just being put in the oven when the app told him it was ready. He proceeded to get a refund. Finally my pizza was done and it was sat on the counter box half open and nothing was said. No I'm sorry for the mistake or the additional wait. The previous pizza I brought back in was just left on the counter. I told the girl that I had left the other pizza there and she said oh we just throw it away and grabbed it and threw it away. Read moreLiterally order pizza from anywhere else but here. It is ALWAYS a disaster ordering from Dominos in Richmond, KY. The final time I ordered from here I placed my order at 6:30 pm. Once it hit 8 pm and the tracker had not changed status from quality check, I called the store to ask where my pizza is. The girl who picked up said "oh, you're the order we lost." I asked her to explain what she meant and she said she'd get the manager. When the manager got on the phone he said "We accidentally gave your food to someone else." I explained that you should contact the customer in situations like these instead of nothing. I asked for the order to be cancelled and a full refund. He took care of that but not once apologized for any of this. He was obviously trying to get off the phone as quickly as possible. About 8:55 pm I had a knock on my door....it was dominos with the pizza. I told him I cancelled the order almost an hour ago and did not want this pizza. He said "but..." and I closed the door on him. If this was the only time something like this had happened, I may have gave them a second chance but something is wrong with the order EVERY TIME. Sometimes it's super late, sometimes it's not sliced, some times they outright ignore your contactless request no matter how manner times you put it in the notes and click the button, sometimes it's just a completely wrong order. If you call the store and tell them this, though, they will be rude every time (even hung up on me before)....
Read moreThis place has went down hill fast. Not sure what has happened. They were always our go to pizza place for us and family functions but seems like they don’t care anymore. A few weeks ago we ordered a pepperoni pizza (no sauce), Alfredo pasta dish, and a meatzza pizza. Both pizzas were wrong. They used Alfredo sauce for the no sauce pizza & the meatzza only had pepperoni and ham. I called to speak to a manger because this is the second time it was wrong. I asked to speak to a manager and the person on the phone told someone “she wants to speak to a manager”, then paused and continued to asks me what the problem was. So guess no manager? I told proceeded to tell him and then he say he sees my order and it says what I got and seemed confused and then said but it says you got it. I finally got tired of telling him what was wrong over and over again only to be told it says I got it and hung up. Needless to say we haven’t ordered anything since and don’t plan to in the future.
