We go in with our nephew, everything is perfect. Food is amazing, service is amazing, timing is amazing. We finish our meal, he swipes our card, it declines. Understandably he's a bit frazzled. We check our bank account, our internet provider had accidentally taken out more than 600 dollars. We say that we'll leave my $125 dollar phone as collateral for a 45 dollar check. They say no and just hold his card instead while we go get cash. The FORMER manager's wife who does not even work there TEXTS MY BOYFRIEND'S PRIVATE NUMBER, CUSSING HIM OUT, THREATENING HIM, TELLING HIM TO NEVER COME BACK! We go back in to pay our tab after getting cash and discover that HIS BANK CARD IS TAPED TO THE BULLETIN BOARD RIGHT BEHIND THE FRONT DESK FOR THE ENTIRE PUBLIC TO SEE, WITH BANK NUMBERS FACING OUT! When I asked to speak to a manager about it when they were 45 mins from closing, there was no manager or owner on sight, apparently not even to close the restaurant. So I'll be either going back in the morning or calling to speak with the owner. Because now, we have to, AGAIN, get a new bank card for him, all because his ex girlfriend's sister is the wife of a former manager turned line cook who decided to take business affairs into her OWN hands. I think I'll be calling BBB as well....

Read moreWe've been going here for years and couple times a week to eat we've got good food in service and sometimes not so good of either we know that happens in most restraunts we over looked it but lately our carry outs have been pretty bad the food either not what we ordered or very little or just throwed in the container any ole way about four days ago my husband ordered fiesta mixed in order me a chicken chimachonga with rice guacamole, paid for it went to the car looked inside in mine wasn't at all right they had put sour cream pico lettuce in my guacamole in I didn't want beans definitely didn't want it all mixed up I took it back in they wouldn't fix the food over in a worker argued with me said my husband ordered it that way and my husband needed to explain better my husband ordered what we always get the guy was so hateful to me very argumental toured me so I left with food I had to pick through to eat their was very little most went in trash so guess I will find another restaurant no one should be treated that harsh I can deal with food mistakes but not behavior from restraunt employees...
