I know what you may be thinking it's the $5 place. With my son having some odd allergies it's one of the few places I can ALWAYS count on and not worry. Seriously take a look at the ingredients. Today he had a special lunch at school and he couldn't have it, by the guidelines little Caesars passes the healthy lunch qualifications! He was down in the dumps about not being able to participate in the lunch at school and I couldn't bring in McDonalds. I tried to order the lunch box meal on the app but guess what it only gives you one topping choice and he's allergic to pork. Go figure. I call in right when they opened at ten thirty and asked if they could make one plain for my little guy for me to pick up in time for his lunch. They were more than happy to make it for me. He loves the pizza and with it having no egg in the dough for him it helps keep his histime levels down. I've had to go through hoops finding a safe pizza he can handle. We even ordered a whole bunch for his 6th birthday. He wanted a picnic sprinkler pizza party. The drive thru makes my life super easy after an insane day on the go and ordering on the app makes it easy too. It's always been super hot and fresh. I ordered online for this locarion at 730and it went through the site just fine I recieved my order confirmation email. It did say on the email that there was a delay due to being busy.. fine..my order would be ready between 8 and 805. Now at 805 I didn't receive the other email for my.pizza portal code. So I went into the store and after waiting for another 20 minutes for the 2 people in line to be helped... I was told he couldn't find my pizza .. the order was there but someone must have given it to someone else.. how does this happen when it should have been out in the pizza portal? So I ask for the manager only to find out the kid at the counter was the manager... he just stared at me.. offered me no solution. I set for over 10min waiting patiently, believe me, I had no problem waiting, but she would get an angry look on her face every time someone walked in the front door. She would tap her fingers on the counter while people were waiting to order, she slammed doors closed and the register closed several times, I have over 10years of fast food experience most of it being management and if you donât have people skills or your not a people person you donât need to work with customers, work as a cook or something.
