I Was A Loyal Customer That Use To Eat Over There All Of The Time Well That Time Has Ended As Of Today I Called For 10 Minutes No One Picked Up So I Decided To Walk Across The Street To The Business From Work Once I Arrived I Waited Another 10 Minutes Before Someone Came Out To Greet Me I Told The Gentleman What I Wanted Which Was Just A Chef Salad & Strawberry Lemonade The Gentleman Said It Would Be 15 Minutes Before My Food Would Be Ready Mind You It Was Only 1 Couple In The Dining Room Eating I Waited The 15 Minutes When The Gentleman Brought Out The Couple Food He Looked Over At Me And Said “It’s Gonna Be Another 10 Minutes” That Was Pushing It But I Still Said Okay And As Of 1:45PM I Still Don’t Habe No Salad. I Stood There So Long The Security Asked Me “Ma’am Have You Been Helped” I Told Him What Happened Also That I Was Leaving & He Said “I Don’t Blame You” Then I Called Back The Manager Answered The Phone And Said “ Ma’am We’re Short Staffed” Also “You Didn’t Wait Long” How Can She Say That When I Called For 10 Minutes Waited Another 10 Minutes For Someone To Greet Me And Take My Order And Another 25 Minutes For My Food That I Still Didn’t Get. I Won’t Spend Another Dime Management Bring The Value Of The Place Down And They Lost A Loyal Customer Don’t...

I have used Homemades by Suzanne for catering in the past and was pleasantly surprised to have the chance to have it again. It did not disappoint. They make the best box lunches in Richmond in my opinion and are great for catering. I chose the Tuna Salad, it came with a pasta salad, a deviled egg, a piece of chocolate and a slice of key lime pie. It was the perfect size and the perfect lunch for our group of Camp kids. The only thing I didnt see on the menu was a vegan option. I would like to see something like that next time, maybe a chick pea salad or a chick pea tuna with a fruit cup, and a dairy free pie. I look forward to using them again...

I will definitely be returning here soon. The most amazing Lobster roll for lunch to-go. The bread was better than the best of Kings Hawaiian. Copious amounts of lobster. It came with a side, I chose the house made chips and spinach/artichoke dip, which were both unreal in flavor and texture. Perfectly seasoned. They said it would be ready in 10, when I got there 7 minutes later it was ready to go. The inside was beautifully set and the service was prompt and professional.
