We had issues with our tickets from the etix side of things and the crew at the playhouse did everything in their power to help and make sure we didn’t miss our show. We had driven from a few hours away and my daughter was so excited. They could have easily turned us away and brushed their hands clean of the situation but the young help at the front desk who’s name I did not catch, the manager who I believe was named Kristi, and the food and beverage manager, I believed named David, were our saving grace. I can’t thank them enough for the extra time they took to help us and better the situation. We had the best time and everyone else we encountered outside of our situation had smiles plastered on their faces and greeted us like we were in their own homes.
