McDonald's — Restaurant in Richmond

I asked for 2 McChickens a large fry and a coke at the window, on the screen it showed that I ordered a coke and a fry when clarifying I wanted two McChickens as well I was told they would be added to my order. When I paid at the window the total was 5.16 thinking this was odd I asked "that's for two McChickens and a large fry.." the girl at the window interrupted me shook her head yes and closed the window. When I received my order it was just a fry and a coke so I informed the guy handing me my food that I did not get what I ordered. He asked me if I would still like my McChickens as I had not been charged yet and I said I would. When I paid for the McChickens and recived them waiting for multiple additional minutes I received two sandwiches that had been completely smashed as if the worker making the sandwiches became so disgruntled at the idea of making my original order they decided to take their anger out on my sandwich. Highly unprofessional behavior and I couldn't bring myself to eat food that had been so mishandled as I feared someone of that quality making my food would not hesitate to befoul it with spit or something else equally foul. Could have been a bad day but it was an uncomfortable visit and it took entirely too long for a Happy Meal and the meal with 2 cheeseburgers. Fries were actually hot but it was pretty unprofessional how the younger man in charge left the register with customers waiting to walk to the bathroom and check on an employee that had been gone for 30 minutes, a worker actually said out loud, "hopefully she didn't overdose", prayers for the addicts but the comment should have been kept quiet, especially when customers are present, it was not the restaurant but the 3 working out front were very unprofessional and way too non shulant about the situation and I am pretty sure it'll be a while before I return. Oxford Ohio in my opinion is hands down the best and only McDonald's for me. I have never seen a cleaner or more accurate, friendly and courteous. The worst McDonalds I've ever been to which is saying a lot because I thought I had already been to several. I had a simple order of a happy meal, extra fries, bbq sauce, and a drink. Person at drive thru started to hand me 2 large drinks, I shook my head no and repeated my order. I was handed a box missing extra fries and BBQ sauce. When I told the person I ordered extra fries he said something about their computers and wouldn't give me what I ordered. As I sat there, the person started to hand me a large drink AGAIN. It took 3 people to get me the kid's sprite...3! I had to say it 10 times..."I only need the kid's sprite". The manager says, "You ordered the hamburger no pickle". At this point I had to laugh because it felt like I was being punked. They have pictures and monitors showing them what was ordered and still cannot get it right. Don't waste your time going here unless you enjoy total...
