McDonald's — Restaurant in Richmond

two days ago i sent someone to pickup some burgers and fries. it was about 8:pm or so. got the stuff home - items were correct - 9 burgers and one large fry. the fries were "damp" and 5 of the burgers were "WET". those 5 burger buns were so wet they fell completely apart. now - i live less than one mile from the McDonalds beside Kroger. i haven't gotten anything from any McDonalds for at least 5 years, so i figured i'd try again - and AGAIN - here i am very disappointed. i asked for no onions - got onions. asked for no condiments - got condiments pickles on ALL 9 burgers were like SNOT - NEEDLESS TO SAY, i cleaned all the onions off - tossed ALL the pickles, and the only ones who enjoyed those burgers - MY DOGS. right at TWENTY-DOLLARS worth of so-called "food", and i ended up feeding the majority of it to my dogs. i wouldn't give them the buns, because they were SOAKING WET on one side, and had a very weird/strange smell. at any rate - NO MORE MCDONALDS FOR ME. last time - several years ago - i got what i USED to love from McDonalds - the fish sandwich - bought TWO of them. got them home, still nice and warm - ate them both - became deathly ill - never went back for all those years. it's really sad - pay all that money for GARBAGE. it's a good thing i have dogs. at least THEY got to eat something. if i would have had to toss any more than i did into the trash, i would have gone up there and raised hell. but - i just chalked it up to experience, and realize - going back was a bad idea, and it won't happen again. screw me once - shame on you. screw me twice -...

If I could give this place a -5 star I would. I try really hard not to ever go to this store. They can't ever get anything right. I waited 25 minutes in drive thru, and ended up having to get out of the car and go in because the kid working the front window couldn't get it right and he was laughing with his coworkers about them.messing up another order, I went in asked to talk to the manager and a young man standing behind the counter tells me he is the manager ,when I told him they had left out part of my order he immediately says you didn't order a fish sandwich, to which my reply was,exactly,I ordered a number 5 and you gave me nothing of the sort. After waiting 25 minutes in drive thru, having this kid say to his coworker, she just wants something for free,and laugh about it,and a manager that was rude, I threatened to call Mr. Black, and let him know what was going on at the place while his GM wasn't there,the manager says ,oh no you don't have to do that,would you like an apple pie for your trouble?? No thank you!!! So, I get home and ,mind you I had bought dinner for my family, it was an order well over 30.00, and the buns were so hard that you couldn't eat them and the egg on our Mcmuffin was old and had turned green. This McDonalds has really gone to the dogs, so disappointed NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT...

I usually have a good experience here other then the wait. The last few times orders have been wrong, however today was the last straw! I spent almost 40 dollars, order was completely wrong! The Land+Air+Sea is pretty much build a sandwich workshop! (Said no onions, they put them on the big Mac, so when my husband built his OWN sandwich it was all mixed with onions) The Crispy double (another build your own sandwich workshop, didn't give it to us at all) 3.Ordered a 2 cheese burger meal (completely didn't give it to us) So I went back up and politely let them know everything was wrong except the 40 piece nugget (that was cold by the time I got back home, again) Someone then brought out the rest of the order, seemed light so I checked and the land+air+sea wasn't in there , went in and as I'm walking in what seem to be the manager was mumbling that I was probably coming In to say something else was missing (like I'm hard up for some free fast food after I just spent almost 40 bucks there! I said the land+air+and sea was not supposed to have onions, the only thing she honored was the big Mac, HELLO after he made his sandwich and took a huge bite that was filled with onions it ruined ALL 3 SANDWICHES!! I will NEVER spend a damn dime at this...
