I placed a order for pickup. Order was Nacho fajhita(steak) 7.99 kids chicken nuggets with fries and Sprite 4.50 cheese dip 2.50( spirit card coupon free with purchase of 2 Dinners 6.99 or more) chicken cheese fries I know cheese fries is 4.99 not exactly sure of the prices of chicken cheese fries. When I arrive to pick up my order, a guy come over to ring me up after waiting for a few minutes. Told him I had a order for pickup and he said $24.62. This sounded high to me so I asked for a receipt. There was one attached to the order, so all that I needed was him to duplicate that for me on the calculator and give me the printout, but he threw away 3 different receipts and handed me the forth, he had to figure out how to hide the price of the cheese sauce in our meals. So the receipt he handed me said 8.99+8.99+4.50+.75(carryout charge)=23.23*.06= 1.394+23.23= $24.62 I paid with 2 20s bc I was going to leave a tip, but after seeing him trying to find a way to hide the cheese dip, when they made the agreement with the spirit card company to provide it free to help the child's fundraising. I didn't leave a tip and I'll not be returning there to eat. This isn't the first time I have had this problem here, that tells me I'm not the only person being overcharged. But the only receipt they offer is a printout from a calculator, that makes it extremely easy for them to charge each person 1-2-3 dollars more than they should be. That's just wrong. I highly suggest everyone ask for there receipt and let it be known if they overcharge u, u wouldn't stand for a waitress walking buy and taking 3$ out of ur purse or out of ur child's pocket, so how is this...

I bring my grandson here two to three times a week for the same meal pick up. This time we ordered the steak meal with fries no rice or beans. Same as always. When we got back to the house and opened his meal. We found chicken not steak. It was disappointing, but everyone can have an off night. Not a big deal. I called to let them know the error. This is where it goes bad. I explained we recieved chicken not steak. He said you ordered chicken. I told him we never order chicken. He kept telling me I ordered chicken. I told him no I didn't. They even repeated back steak. He said my son which is my grandson not my son came in and said pick up for chicken. Which mind you the kid hates all chicken. And he ask for ticket 46 not a meal. He said you order chicken I give you chicken and pretty much hung up on me. I wasn't mad when I called even though I drove 15 miles one way to pick this up and 15 miles back. But to be told I was wrong I ordered something I would never order and treated with disrespect made me very angry. You have lost a loyal customer when all you needed to do is say.
