Best Donuts & Coffee — Restaurant in Richmond

I was happy with this place until I saw something I never thought I’d see. Whenever you see someone sneeze and cover their mouth with they’re hands and then go back to heating up and preparing the egg biscuit without washing their hands. Was enough for me. Sure I know you never know what goes on behind closed doors in the restaurant’s but after seeing it with my own eyes in person. I chose never to eat here again. This is my only problem with the Donut shop. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts 🍩 now. I pay a little more but I at least have 80% chance to have a Biscuit or Donut without snot wiped all over it. If I didn’t see it with my own eyes. I’d still be getting Donuts...

I wish I could leave a better review but unfortunately we had a bit of a rough experience here. When we came the inside the store smelled of sewage, and didn't look clean or very well-maintained. The menu said one price for a dozen, but the woman behind the counter charged us $5 more than what was written down on the board ($17 for a dozen donuts...?). The donuts tasted good but they were cold despite me going early. The rating would be higher if the employee was wearing a mask.
