We came here the day after it opened. There were plenty of people here for dinner. Wait time was about 10 minutes after ordering. They had sweet and unsweetened tea in addition to the fountain drinks (orange Fanta, Dr. Pepper, and Pepsi, I think). We got one combo, 4 fingers a la carte, two Texas toasts a la carte, and two kids meals. The chicken fingers were moist and not too salty. The breading did not have much flavor but it had a great crisp. The chicken fingers are a good value at $1.82 each. The crinkle fries were hot, fresh, and nicely salted. We were eager to try the special sauce. It was good - had some spice and a vinegar taste to it. I’m not sure if most small children would like it. I got a side of house-made honey mustard for 44 cents. It had a milder flavor than the special sauce but did not have a honey flavor that I would expect. They had a Heinz ketchup pump that we didn’t use. The toasts were large and tasty - also a good value. Our friend also got a side of coleslaw with his combo but we forgot to ask how it tasted. The kids meal came with two chicken fingers, fries, a drink, and a double sided paper to decorate a cat and a dog with stickers which were fun. The restaurant interior decorations were beautiful, modern, and paid homage to local Richmond sports teams. As our first time trying Raising Canes, it was a good experience. I wish that there were more sauce options because I think that it would be more worth it to order a bunch of chicken fingers and have fun trying different sauces. The menu itself was pretty limited. I didn’t see any dessert options. I think to be competitive with other chicken restaurants in the area like Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, and Korean BBQ chicken the menu should be wider but I doubt that is something that can change within this one storefront. We didn’t do drive through but saw that there were two ordering lanes that were well managed with Raising Cane’s traffic control.

Likely won’t come back. Got the Caniac 6 finger meal. It was $18+ and looked like I could have gotten it at a school fund raiser. I would have been disappointed if what I got was $10. The chicken was not traditional chicken tenderloins but chicken breast cut into strips which I don’t necessarily mind but these seemed smaller than tenderloins. The fries were soggy and looked like they came from the frozen section at Kroger. If RC wants to charge these crazy prices they need to do much better on quality.

Was looking forward to Raising Cane's before the game today. They shut the doors on people. Super rude. The hours have the are open for dinner on Sunday. They literally closed the doors on front of me. I assume they just didn't want to work today. I had my kid who was looking forward to dinner. Never go to this location. Terrible workers or maybe bad scheduling. Toast was was open. Go there instead.

Raising Cane's has undeniably achieved a level of deliciousness that resonates with a devoted following. Here's a breakdown of what makes their simple menu so consistently satisfying: The Chicken's Perfection: Raising Cane's chicken fingers are a testament to quality over quantity. They consistently deliver juicy, tender chicken with a perfectly crisp, light breading. This avoids the heavy, greasy feel often found in other fast-food chicken. The focus on high-quality chicken breast is evident in every bite. The Legendary Cane's Sauce: This sauce is a game-changer. Its unique blend of tangy, creamy, and slightly spicy flavors elevates the chicken to a whole new level. It's not just a dipping sauce; it's a flavor experience that keeps people coming back. Simplicity That Works: While the menu is limited, this allows Raising Cane's to perfect each item. The result is consistent, high-quality food every time. The focus on chicken fingers, fries, and Texas toast means they can ensure these items are always fresh and delicious. The Overall Experience: The combination of perfectly cooked chicken, that incredible sauce, and the warm, buttery Texas toast creates a truly satisfying meal. The consistancy of the food, is a large factor in the overall enjoyment. In essence, Raising Cane's has mastered the art of simple, delicious chicken. If you're looking for a reliably tasty and satisfying fast-food experience, Raising...

First visit. I had just arrived in town and was hungry. Had just driven 700 miles, so I really didn’t feel like driving anywhere. This place was within walking distance of the hotel I had checked into. Place was hopping. Drive through was busy and inside was too. Upon entering, I was impressed with the decor. Place was clean. I ordered just the individual chicken fingers, as I really didn’t want all the extras that came with a combo meal. My order came just over $16.00. When the gentleman brought the food out, I asked about sauces, since I didn’t see any out. He said Ketchup was available (not on chicken for me, thanks). But if I wanted sauce I could buy them for $.42 per cup. I was told that sauces only come with the combo meals. Seems kind of odd to me. I was overall happy with everything. Chicken was cooked perfectly and was delicious. I...
