Starbucks — Restaurant in Richmond

I recently had bad service at a Starbucks at the Omni hotel downtown Richmond around 12:55 PM and normally Starbucks starts my day but because of the bad service and wrong order and this particular Starbucks stated that they can’t give us a receipt because they ran out of Receipt paper and they could not scan my phone for my points and also gave me the wrong order with my name on it. That was a very bad start of my day. I called customer service and they’re aware I went to physical therapy because I had to And after Physical Therapy, I was exhausted My husband asked me what could he do to put a smile on my face and I said I want cappuccino wet with almond milk Six pumps of classic syrup and a splash of mocha you William and the supervisor I forgot her name was so attentive. it's 6 am, new years eve. Maybe its COVID-19 for the lack of organization and understanding of how this Starbucks operates, but I went in today and nobody greeted me or told me where to stand. Two people came through the door and went right up to the register (either had a pre-order or some questions) after I had arrived. Its disorganized, filthy, and unpleasant Cary St location. Advise to stay away and not support this place or company for that matter. 7-11 coffee tastes better and will always be easier to get in/out from.
