WORSE SUBWAY EVER!!! I came to this Subway 20 minutes before closing and before I got out the door, I was told they were closed and put up all the food for the night. The woman slammed the door right after telling us that giving us no room for any further questions. Someone pulls up a few minutes later and walks up to the door and is told the same thing. The guy asks why they won't serve him if they're technically suppose to still be open. She tells them it's because they have an inspection tomorrow. I decide to call the manager 2 days later. I tell him what happens and not only does he cut me off multiple times while I'm telling him the story but he also claims that they did nothing wrong. He claims that I was denied service because I was talking to the subway employee from my car and if I would've walked up to the door, they would've served me. First off, why would I get out my car if she just told me they're closed and won't serve me. Also, like I mentioned before, a guy walked up to the door after we got there and was still denied.. so your point isn't valid. He also said he checked the security cameras from that evening and didn't see my car there. Obviously I was there so he couldn't have checked the cameras at all. He also started rushing me off the phone and wouldn't even let me talk at the end of the conversation. I'm happy I took the photo I attached to this review because it's the only proof I have that I was there before their closing hours and it shows that all the lights are off and they are indeed closed. The manager literally told me that he couldn't compensate or do anything to help me for the inconvenience because he didn't see anything that they did wrong. I will never return to this Subway and I encourage others to do the same. With a manager treating customers like that, they don't deserve to be...
Read moreUpdate: seems as if this place is either under new ownership, or the owners decided to hire people to manage the store for them. I decided to try again, and the experience was acceptable.
Ordered online, and the person behind the counter dismissed me saying he didn't have my order in the system. I waited patiently while he helped another customer, and then showed him the receipt in the subway app. Basically told me "if it's not in my system, I don't get my money." I told him that subway has his money, and he has more avenues to get it than I do to get my money back. "What about my money," I say "Call subway," he retorted. subway has no customer service number. I then contacted subway customer service via Twitter, and they told me to either talk to the franchise owner (the person I interacted with in the store) or to contact my bank to get a refund. Took me about 2 hours to get that response....
Read moreThis was the worst subway experience I’ve had. I eat at subway often. So often that I use the coupons that are sent in the mail almost every time. I know the process. Every time I’ve gone I’ve ordered my sub, went to the register, and applied my coupon at the scanner, paid then left. They were training someone this time so the sub was made wrong and I had to keep correcting them. Then when I went to apply my coupon at the scanner and the managers wife who rang me up said I couldn’t use a coupon because I didn’t tell them before they made my sandwich which is absolutely ridiculous. I told her there’s no difference I’ve never had to state I had a coupon at any other location before using it at the scanner but she refused to honor it. No other subway operates like this. Save your time and peace of mind. Horrible...
