Wendy's — Restaurant in Richmond

It was lunch time on a work day during the week! So drive-thry was a lil long but moved at a nice steady pace needless to say!!! Impressive!! But what was even more impressive was the fact that THE FREAKIN DINING AREA WAS ACTUALLY OPEN FOR PUBLIC/CUSTOMER USE😳😵🤯 ... (which is the area with all tables & chairs & booths on the inside of Wendy's restaurants that you've been seeing thru the glass for the last 2 yrs. Since the only choice we were given was to make our way around the outside of the building, in a single file line, round & around in a circle just to be able to eat from there, called a drive-thru)!!!! It was actually a relief to see it open again & not just the shock alone!! Plus.... it's about flippin time!!🤨 Truthfully it's been way over-due in my opinion!?! Perhaps they can TRY & bend Us America... but they can NEVER break us! Or keep us down 4ever!! Stay Strong & Trust You're Gut Instincts!!!! 🤨🧐 If 2 + 2 doesn't equal 4... then IT'S WRONG. I was glad I could go in and eat, because the last time I tried to come here, three months ago, I couldn't do it. I had a Maple Bacon Croissant, Seasoned Potatoes, Orange Juice, and a Frosty-cino with a shot of vanilla. I thought all of it tasted great. I don't get to have breakfast out, but it was a great way to start the day. I had a picture, but it did not come up. I will try again another time. UPDATE:. June 2, 2022-I came back to eat here this time, since I took a picture the last time, and it didn't come up. I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich, French Fries, and I substituted the soft drink with a Vanilla Frosty-cino. It was delicious, especially the Frosty-cino. I did get a picture this time! UPDATE:. March 6, 2023-I was in the neighborhood, so I came in to eat. I ordered a Pretzel Bacon Double Pub Burger, Medium French Fries, and a Medium Coke Zero. Usually, I have had pretty good experiences at this particular location, but Saturday's experience was one of the worst I have had. Both of us ordered baconators with just ketchup on one and just mayo on the other. When we got our sandwiches, I checked them in the parking lot. There was no bacon on either, but the price on the receipt was for bacanators, not doubles. We went through the drive-through again, which was super slow both times. We explained the issue a few times to the worker before pulling up to the window again. The same person working rudely asked what was wrong with our sandwiches and suggested just giving us bacon to put them on ourselves and was rude saying that, too. This is NOT customer service.
