Indian Wells Drive Thru Dairies Inc. — Restaurant in Ridgecrest

Last week I went through the drive-thru after school with my kids, I ordered snacks and drinks for all of us, when we got home I realized they didn’t give me my pretzel with cheese, but due to my busy schedule I could not make another trip. Today I went through the drive through again and brought it up, the cashier asked me when it happened, I said last Friday, and very rudely she told me “you should’ve come back Friday, nothing I can do about it now ‘sorry’”, in a complete unapologetic tone. She flat out made no attempt to rectify their mistake, and what’s worse is that she’s some sort of supervisor. I’ll be thinking twice before spending my money here, there are plenty of places in town where I can buy a drink and where they value their customers satisfaction more than the price of a pretzel. Ok so for what this place is, it’s pretty good. It’s basically a drive-thru gas station convenience store. I was just visiting the area and thought it was an ice cream shop. So we got the kids soft serve cones and we were surprised to see they had breakfast burritos! Score! So we ordered two of those as well. We were more than a little shocked when they handed us the burritos and they were just… microwaved gas station burritos, still in the Don Antonio bag. I Love Indian Wells Drive Thru Dairy! This is one of my favorite places to go in town. They're great whenever I need to grab a little something to hold me over till lunch or dinner or get something to cool down through summer. They have the best soft serve ice cream in town by far imo! They offer a large selection of small food items and drinks that they'll customize for you from all sorts of options! They even make their own ice cream sandwiches instead of being prepackaged.
