Amidst the scorching heat of desert life and remote places of California, Ridgecrest has found its own traditions in My Enchanted Tea Cottage. Established since the year 2000, My Enchanted Tea Cottage Offers a variety of delicacies in art, culture and tea. Upon walking up the stairs into the colorful painted cottage, I discovered a garden of offerings in porcelain and tea wares. The charming host and owner retelling the stories behind every possible purchase and gift it had to offer me. From there, a small pathway is presented that leads to the back through a garden. The tea rooms overlook the small shady garden while I enjoy my tea of chocolate raspberry truffle. In the background, gentle pleasing classical music plays. For those seeking the quiet or private moments of thought, writing or reading, this place offers it in abundance...Yet does not take from intimate conversations among friends. My enjoyment of this tea house has placed it highly among the traditions of this town. Local artists like myself value our tea room for the rarity of such gem among the desert sands. This was my first time in a Tea House. I enjoyed the whole experience. When you enter I got tea smell of exotic tea and the atmosphere was relaxing. I went through a garden that I could imagine that would beautiful when in bloom. Then you enter the Tea House again the atmosphere was beautiful. Soft music lovely table setting. Smiling face greet you and take your tea order. This was a treat from my Niece so she preordered the luncheon. On the table we noticed antique round metal tea warmers that the waitress light when she brought each of our pot of tea we order. My was their own Enchanted Blend. I have a new favorite tea. Ceylon tea and rose and chocolate. Oh it was wonderful. I had no idea that chocolate tea who knew. Yes I will tell people about my experience with Marcelasm's Enchanted Cottage....

My friends & I recently attended the "Galentines Brunch" and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff was so attentive, the decor was all Valentines & elegant, and the food was phenomenal! We did some shopping after & I picked up the cutest Tea mug.

I have also attended other events here, like the Paint Nights, and Mothers Day Brunch. Every time I have come here, I always leave with such a great experience. So thankful for this Awesome Tea Cottage here in our quaint town. Definitely check...
