Desert Motel — Hotel in Ridgecrest

Stole 300$ from me. And one of there tenants. Stole 40$ from me. This place is dead. They was begging me to stay. I stayed for a night and left in the morning old lady terry there is nice but is under cover nice. I got charged 300$ 100 for cleaning 200$!!!! For one night. Makes zero sence. So I filed a small claims on them. Waiting till this Monday for them to be served Terry seems like a nice lady but deep down if she was really that nice she would have ripped me off cuz I did not want to stay there anymore. I noticed it was empty for a reason. I went there in tears having the worst day of my life. Nothing I did or agreed I was going to pay 300$. She kept all my money and deducted without me approving anything. She knew the place I got was a lot cheaper and I had cash on me she took advantage of that. And who ever the owner is. Wich we will know when I get to court he has to show up not terry. She a poor old lady. I don’t care to much to getting her into the court room. It’s the owner that I want the judge to see what he charged me 300$ for one night !!!! Not even the Marriott charges that much. And then they have ads everywhere online stating $59 a night all because I didn’t want to stay there. She found a way to charge me $300. Well I’m gonna get that back plus...

This is a family owned business not a corporate chain. If you want a corporation stay at Best Western. And people like majinGRAYFOX who was never a guest here should keep their opinions to themselves. It's very easy to bad mouth a business from the curb out front. Try actually getting out of your car and coming inside...

This is a bit personal but, the room is very cold in the night and in the morning be sure to have someone or a heater, there is no refrigerator or microwave. Other than those things. The place inside was very new clean, and somewhat comfortable. I'd go there again...
