As a Snorlax, I like to give my genuine honest review when it comes to food. And I must say the food was good, but my brother in Arceus, the hospitality at this place is wild, and I ain't talking about Pokemon either. First my group had to ask to take our order. Then we waited for almost 2 hours before we got our appetizers. Mind you during those 2 hours we saw a total of 4 people enter the restaurant, not get attended/seated, so they left. Now 15 mins later we finally get our food, they got some of our orders incorrect, which they tried to correct. But some orders were either forgotten or wasn't available, but we weren't told it wasn't available until after we received our food. They did give us the bottled water on the house as a courtesy for the inconvenience, but I don't think I can recommend this restaurant or come back to it again. If I didn't have a life, in true Snorlax nature, I would sleep in front of the entrance so nobody can enter...

Well, until one member left to grab an empanada at another restaurant down the road (which he really had the right idea). On top of this, all of our food came out separately. We were seated for over 2 and a half hours before finally leaving for quite simple menu items. (It took me TWO HOURS alone to get a crispy chicken sandwich.)
Oh, and when we finally wanted to leave with some of our food to take home, the lid was way too big for the container they provided.
Long story short, I wouldn't go back. I know many restaurants are struggling right now, but this was at a whole...
Read moreWe were here on a Sunday night, probably not their busiest night. There was a little stage and musical instruments suggesting this place has a band on other nights which are probably livelier. Several of the menu items weren’t available (maduros, desserts). We had the mofongo, which was a little dry. Again, probably not their best night. The service was great (it’s BYOB) and the atmosphere was casual and very neighborhood place (the owner and friends sat at the next table, another family at another, everyone spoke in Spanish, we got to...
