Dante's Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Ridgefield Park

Decent food at a fair price with free local delivery. BUT lacking in customer service.

Restaurant is about a five min drive from my home and food arrived warm, not hot.

Pizza sauce was delicious, not too sweet! Crust had a crunch too, so the pie was cooked well without a soggy base.

The mushroom pasta was saucy, but it was on the salty spectrum. Unfortunately, they didn’t not give us a compliment piece of bread like most restaurants do for me to dip my sauce or help rebalance the overly saltiness. But pasta was cooked well.

The soup tasted just like my pizza sauce, except in soup form and with veggies and pasta. I personally think there should more differentiations in tastes between the pizza and soup, not just textures.

I also ordered a slice of dessert, which I never received. I called up the restaurant, and they had me on hold for nearly 5 mins. Not sure if they forgot about me or just busy with orders/customers. Apparently they ran out of my dessert, But they never bothered to let me know with a curtesy call? OR GIVE ME A REFUND as mentioned?? Yeah, not too honest!

There was also another incident when I picked up the food at the restaurant. I noticed they didn’t pack my can of soda so when I inquired, they went through their receipt orders to confirm I paid first, before packing a can for me to pick up. That was a...

I recently visited a fantastic pizzeria in New Jersey, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The pizza was absolutely delicious, with a perfectly crispy crust and a generous topping of fresh, high-quality ingredients. But what truly made the visit special was the exceptional service. The best pizza I have ever had! Great food, great times, amazing atmosphere! The crust is thick and crispy, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I especially love the penne alla vodka and ham & cheese calzone. Every bite is a delight! They have so many options of food choices and none disapoint! The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. They treat every customer as family. I usually go here several times a week. Kid friendly asstablishment.
