Very strange restaurant. I really wanted to like it based on the wonderful exterior and cozy interior. On a Saturday night, there was only one waiter (only one person we saw at all, although there was someone else in the kitchen). The waiter clearly had no idea what he was doing. Didn’t seem like a bad guy, and was generally polite, but didn’t know any of the dishes on the menu. When we each ordered, he seemed confused and got at least one order wrong. One person in my party ordered a glass of wine, and there was only a little left in one bottle. So he brought out a second bottle, but didn’t know how to open it. There were also issues with silverware — the tables did not come with place settings, we received soup with no utensils or napkins (and when we requested place settings, we got one spoon). That said, the food was very good when it arrived, but it took over an hour. The prices do not match what’s on the menu, though, and because the waiter didn’t know what was on the menu, a roughly $15 dish with an option to add shrimp for about $3 was instead charged as a custom dish at $24.95. The lobster bisque, which as far as I could tell was on the menu at $3.95, was rung up at double that. So the dinner wasn’t a total loss, because the food was quite good, but the service was really not impressive.

This is a diamond in the rough. I travel alot and we stumbled on the little restaurant. For a Friday night it was not busy. I was very surprised. When they brought out the bread for us at the start I knew it was going to be good. The bread was warm and melted in your mouth. Our app of cheesy bread and bruschetta was great. Wish they used balsamic vinegar for the bruschetta but it was awesome. The house dressing for salad was tasty. My lasagna was really big for the price. The taste was worth the money. My friends for was equally great. You don't know what u are missing from not dinning here. Can't wait to try again

Luigis First time trying Luigi’s, and my family were disappointed. Pizza was not that great, dough seems like it was frozen. Best way I can explain is it tasted like school pizza or I was having pre frozen pizza from supermarket. Mozzarella sticks did not have a pleasant taste. The seasoning was not to our liking. Bruschetta was delicious. Unfortunately, the lady did not hear me well and almost gave me Bruschetta on fries and when I asked for a soda, specifically a Coke, I got Pepsi instead. Prices are good, but doubt I would order again

Let me first say the food is absolutely amazing. We were really hoping for this to be our new italian spot. We came in last friday, we were literally the only people in the restaurant for almost two hours. We thought this place would be PACKED, but we may have figured out why… Our waitress, who was the only person on staff; was off-putting, when we asked for things she raised her eye brow at us (like for a drink refill) didn’t seem to know the menu and was shocked we had questions about it. It took 20 minutes for our apps to arrive then an hour after that for our food to arrive. Thankfully the food was amazing. We had to go fetch our check, then when we left cash on the table we were chased out instead of her just checking the table. If they had a strong front of house and faster service this would be the highlight of the neighborhood. I have a feeling it wasn’t the kitchens fault though as simple pasta should warrant a time like that and was probably the waitress’ fault entering it instead of being...

This place was on Groupon, and my wife and I took a chance on it. That was a major mistake! It's Saturday night and we walk into an empty restaurant. The inside feels like you just stepped back into the 1970's. We sat at the bar, ordered fried calamari which was overcooked and tasted like it was freezer burned. Then I ordered mussels fra diavlo over linguini, and my wife flounder franchaise over linguini. The mussels were overcooked and tasted funny. When the bartender asked us how is the food and I tell him....he says nothing! The whole time he was sitting and watching videos on his phone. The flounder franchaise wasn't any better. We would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place! I'm italian and this could be the worst I've ever had. Not even the bread and fake olive oil for...
