I have been to the Vancouver location many times and the service is always really great. We visited the Ridgefield location for this first time and were disappointed. The service was great when we ordered (husband and I got the same dish amongst other things) and when we got our drinks. Then our food came and we noticed both our dishes were messed up. I asked for no cilantro and husband asked for no crema. Mine came with both missing and his came with both on. I didn't notice the lack of crema and ate my dish because I could easily see the cilantro was not on it. By the time he got to eating his dish, he realized it was drenched in crema and too late for us to switch. So it was my bad as well for not noticing. But we figured he'd tell them and get a correct order because ultimately neither of our orders came out correctly. Nope. The woman he spoke to was rude and said, "no cilantro, no crema, that's what you got." And my husband is a really nice guy so he didn't push it. And he shouldn't have to. You guys messed up. And it happens but don't be rude when you're in the wrong. You need to fix it and don't let only the jerks who push back on your rudeness or throw a fit...

I understand handling customers that are upset because they got a 16 dollar chicken burrito, that was made with the absence of chicken, is not what many wanna deal with. And the kicker, when it was remade it was still wrong.
To hear that your employees laughed at my wife, not one expressing an apology or ownership of the situation frustrates me. Being manager in retail service industry, I would hope these employees understand the severity of good customer service. If not I would hope someone higher up does value this and does something about this.
Poor customer service will leave a longer lasting taste...
Read moreMy friends and I came in for a bite to eat (dine-in) and we had to wait 35 minutes for our food. We were not the only ones that had to wait for their food. At least two other tables also had to wait a very long time for their food. And when we finally got our food the burritos were just warm. The best part of the whole meal was the bottle of coke. The customer service was very bad also,then we asked about our food order taking so long,we were told that their had a lot of to go and online orders to get out!!
