Unfortunately I had to remove 2 stars due to the terrible customer service I experienced today. Unlike my previous 2 experiences, this time there was an older woman that took my order over the phone and was cooking when I arrived to pick it up. I was still greeted by the young lady that handles the register and completed my transaction.

When I looked inside the bag I noticed the packaging was different. This time it was a small Chinese box instead of the bowl I got the previous times. All I wanted to know was if this was considered the same pint size as the bowl so I asked the young lady in the same calm manner that I had been talking to her in.

While im talking to her the older woman was standing nearby and yells at me that this is the small size. I was already getting that information from the young lady, I didn't need her interfering or yelling. Nor did she apologize about it. I appreciated the young lady for showing me the box comparisons, especially if I may have wanted to order the larger one in the future. But I doubt I'll be returning with that woman being around. She definitely shifted the environment with her rude impatience.

I don't write reviews... I'm rating so poorly because I think this place's reviews need to reflect the quality of food my family was served tonight--and I don't think they do so at all currently. First of all I want to say, the service was fine. Friendly employees and the business looked clean. However, the only edible dish we received out of the five things we ordered was the vegetable lo mein and maybe the white rice. The chicken dishes (sesame, orange, and sweet & sour) tasted fishy and soggy, and the broccoli beef was flavorless. And to be honest, I have eaten some sketchy and questionable chinese food in my life, but my husband and I both agreed that this was probably the worst tasting chinese food we have ever eaten. The food here was simply inedible. It's a bummer because we just moved really close to this restaurant and had high hopes after reading the reviews, but for sure, we will not be returning. Served me some not so fresh Tso chicken. It was obviously setting up for a while and was soggy and breaking bits. I can tell it was old, because the chicken started to turn from white color to brown in the middle. I've worked in restaurants before and I know freshness. Way too much sauce as well , soaked up the side rice I had. When I called to voice my displeasure I was hung up on, and lied to about it being fresh when it visibly is not. Skip this place at all cost. They didn't even bother to say sorry or offer to replace. Better places out there. Remember your customer pays the bills. Never returning.
