McDonald's — Restaurant in Ridgeland

I have been to this McDonald’s a couple of times and ALWAYS have to wait to be waited on. One time I waited so long I finally went inside but couldn’t get waited on inside either so I finally left without ordering. Tonight I tried the drive thru again and FINALLY got waited on butt Ed it was after all cars ahead of me in the drive thru had received their orders and were gone. But this is how it went....I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 chicken sandwich, 2 McFlurries, she said they don’t have the McFlurries, so I said make it a small vanilla shake, she said their shake machine is broke. Ok then I ordered a large sweet tea, she said they are out of sweet tea, I said ok make it a large coke, she said they are out of large cups. I lost my patience and asked her if there was anything that they weren’t out of. I pulled up to pay but no one was at the window so I lost my patience and drove off and went to Sonic down the road. I’m not sure why this store is even open. It would make it easier to accept them being out of everything if they could least cared about taking orders but it appears as though that isn’t their priority either. I agree with the person leaving the review that said they don’t even deserve 1 star. Too bad you can’t leave negative stars. I ordered and paid for a caramel latte add whip cream and caramel drizzle on top.. I get to the window, they told me to pull up , I asked for 3 equal to be brought out as well ... window said ok. Rushing me off they didn’t add whip cream or drizzle or equal packages. These folks need to slow down and get customers orders right. Every time I order this they mess it up..EVERY time. As soon as I pulled up ta rude lead/ manager at about 8:30 on 6/6/22... hwy 51walked it out. I should have stayed at window.... don’t know why they told me to pull up... I asked for the equal packages... very nasty rude woman said what equal. I said the one I asked for... she walked back in talking trash as I had a chance to open top.. order was wrong, so instead of her apologizing she outside arguing with me the customer saying whip cream nor drizzle comes with the latte.. I advised it does and she said well it’s extra for that... I advised I paid the extra. She continued to argue so I told her to refund me my money. The unprofessional woman snatched cup out my hand and took her time in bringing me my 4 dollars for the latte. All the managers/ lead workers are rude, they don’t speak , build rapport, apologize for messing up orders, or say thank you come again... well I won’t come again. I will drive to Madison for McDonald’s. Bring a new crew in. These...

This location needs a surprise visit from corporate and I’m going to contact the corporate office and suggest it. It doesn’t matter how far ahead you order, it won’t be ready when you arrive. It doesn’t matter if there are only 2 cars in line, they’re going to make you park and wait (that’s to keep drive thru time under 90 seconds, which is a requirement by the company). The fries are CONSISTENTLY under cooked, which I don’t even understand since the fryers have timers on them. If you order tea or lemonade you HAVE TO instruct the staff to put ice in it. If you ask them to ADD an ingredient to your sandwich, they’re going to take everything else off because none of the kitchen staff understands that add means in addition to the other ingredients. Every single sodas I’ve gotten from this location tastes like the bag needs to be changed. They’re all watered down and flat.
