Every single time I order from the mobile app from this wawa something is wrong. 3 times now. Ill stick with the last two to keep this short. I ordered 2 sizzli burritos and a blue raspberry lemonade. They only had one burrito. Thats fine had they informed me when I got there and offered me a refund or offered something else. Instead I open my bag and find a note saying they only had one and they gave me a sausage bagel. I hate those. Why not just discuss with me and allow me the choice? Instead I threw it out.

Tristin the gentleman that was preparing orders came over to assist us. This was the first time I've ever been in any Wawa location and someone came to help with my ordering choice. While I was not there to get myself anything Tristin began to tell me about the new oven roasted chicken. I'm 33 now and still go to multiple Wawa (I don't know how to properly say multiple "Wawas" 👈🏼 that just doesn't look right lol but) every day and I continue to have much love for how they're run. My only (opinionated) suggestion would be to try and implement some kind of customer service desk.
