Get Fruity Cafe — Restaurant in Rincon

It’s been a while since I have visited Get Fruity due to relocation of work. I’m back in town so I decided to try them again. Cashier/ worker KATIE was in the phone ordering water bottles (assuming personal).She was friendly when she finally put the phone down. She took my order then she put the Salmon in the oven or microwave not sure how they warm it up. She started my wrap with toppings she did cover half up but…. The flies were crawling all over the counters front and back where they prepare the food. She came back with the Salmon I politely told her that I didn’t want that wrap she started and would like a new one. She turned into a different person, she lest that one on the counter and pulled out a new one and threw it on the counter where the flies had been crawling. I asked if she could wipe it off. She looked at and turned around took a cloth from a red bucket on the bottom shelf and wiped the counter down. Then threw the cloth on the back counter like I upset her for asking for her to clean it first. She then began to put old aged lettuce from the bottom of the tray on my Jerk Salmon wrap. I asked her to give me the fresh lettuce that she just chopped up and she said this is fresh. It was not, you could clearly see the brown in the leaves. We exchanged a few words and I then told he to give me my money back. She gave it back but kept the tip. I asked for the owner and she said she will be here in 2 hours. I called back 3 hrs later and she was not there. I left a message with another young lady and she was very apologetic and I asked to have the owner Agnes call me back. It has been 7 days and still no answer. This place is decent but very pricey! I expect quality service when I spend my hard earned dollars! It was the flies, bad service and no call back for...

An all-around excellent experience here. I was greeted with a host of warm, smiling faces, and welcomed like it was home week. It was my second time back, and it proved to be just as good as the first. There's so, so much selection, and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. But the portions...wow! Went for lunch, and got the Caesar wrap again, and it was jam-packed with green, fresh, savory goodness. And to make it even better...gonna have the second half for dinner tonight! The fruit cup that came with the wrap was decadent. It's not your generic, ordinary fruit cup, though. It's all fresh, perfectly ripened, and very good: grapes, strawberries, pineapple, kiwi. My smoothie was wonderfully prepared, and tasted like dessert. There's almost too many to choose from. I forgot the name of the one I had, but it had strawberries, bananas, and blueberries. Recommended, for sure. And sign up for their Rewards Program. I'm not a health nut by any means, but this food is good, real good...by anyone's standards. Exceptional experience. Check it out. Eating/drinking healthy never tasted so good....

This is possibly the best Chicken Caesar wrap I have had... 5 stars. Crispy, fresh lettuce, chicken had no gristle, they added my 3 asks without issue (Add tomato, bacon and extra parm). And they were super polite on the phone when I called about a slight website issue - I was unable to ask for extra Caesar dressing... When I called them about it, what did they do? Threw in some extra dressing... Top notch.

I just want to add a few things since my initial order over a month ago (The paragraph above was posted about a month ago...) I have been back multiple times a week since my initial order and have not been disappointed. "Jermakin Me Krazy," is yet another fantastic chicken wrap, especially if you like food with some kick (New Favorite, so far). The wraps "keep" very well in a fridge, in case you want one for work (or similar) the next day. I would dare say they are even better after they get chilly.
