Employees always very helpful and nice. Store is clean and you can get great savings when combining digital coupons with items on sale. They also have prepared food that taste great and provide seating in case you want to grab a bite to eat before doing your shopping. I really love their salad bar and their olive bar. Wide variety of different dishes, much better and quicker than going to fast food restaurant. But my favorite thing this new Kroger offers is their Clicklist. Being able to place my order on line then pick up on the same day is just the beginning. By avoiding impulse buying, I am able to save on my grocery bill. I find I'm less likely to forget something which always seemed to happen when I use to do back when I use to go into the store during my regular monthly shopping trips. I like being able to see my total before I get to the register in case I went a little over my budget. Being disabled, the Clicklist is truly a blessing. Plus they always have special digital coupons that are just for clicklist orders, some are for free stuff and some for other items. Just last month I was able to take an additional $4 off both my paper towels and toilet paper. They do a great job picking out produce, you can make notes if you have a preference. And if they are out of stock, they will usually substitute what you ordered for a higher priced item for the same price as the item you ordered. I ordered two 6 foot Boars Head American and Italian sandwiches or "hero"s as some people know them by. I told the women (yes more than one because the first one was beyond confused and needed help, I showed them what Kroger has them listed online as, I went through what each one had on it, and I was there for awhile. I also called the deli earlier in the week to see how long in advance they needed to place the order and was told 24 hrs so I went in on Thursday morning and ordered for Saturday. Both women were still so lost even after I specifically detailed what both 6ft sandwiches should have on it. And was quotes the same price I saw online..$19.99 per foot. I called the morning of to see if it would be ready sooner, and one woman from the deli said I could pick it up at 2 p.m. I was almost out of the door, when I got a call asking if I pnly ordered one 6 foot Italian. I said no, I ordered two 6ft, American and Italian subs. I knew immediately that this was going to be a nightmare. So I went there and she said it was ready and she wheeled out these subs which were in several/many bags, on a cart. They didn't have it on the right bread, they had onions on them which I never said I wanted since I went through each sandwich...and when I got home I noticed they put this creamcheese spread on both. I needed these for a surprise party that day and I paid $238.00 for all of it...getting nothing of what I asked for. And most didn't even eat it because of what was on it. I want to bring something to your attention that has been on my mind for several days now. I'm a vegetarian. I was looking for the Beyond Burger in your store the other day. I was super happy to find that you were carrying the product. It is fantastic! But you have it stocked in the meat aisle. Which I think is great for people who are on the cusp, who would possibly buy it to try it. I actually love that idea. However, those of us who do not eat meat, steer very clear of the meat aisle. I don't think I have walked down or up to a meat aisle in a couple of years. The stench is overwhelming, and seeing so many carcasses on a Shelf is horrific. I abandoned my entire cart and left the store when your clerk took me to find the product. I understand that meat is part of your business. But you would probably see an increase in sales on this product if you stock it with the other vegetarian and vegan products. I have talked to fellow vegetarians/vegans. They were just as surprised to hear that it was stocked in that area. They've also been to your store looking for it because the Beyond Meat website says that it is available there but they were not able to find it. This is why. We would never think to look in the meat aisle. We would all greatly appreciate it if you would consider our value as a customer while respecting our personal values and relocate the product.
