EDIT: After quite some time, my family and I gave this establishment another try. The bad news is that the quality control is the same, and management is worse. After making an online order to ensure the freshest product, I was disappointed once again. Unfortunately, my husband went to go pick up our pizzas and neglected to open the boxes to look at them before leaving. After arriving all the way back home, we discovered they were both burnt. Nearly no cheese, bare dough in places, hard crust, and burnt crispy. I called back to speak to the manager, but the girl who answered the phone said that she had stepped out. I left my name and number for a TINA to call me back. The young girl who refused to give me her name was the one who called me back and said that the manager was too busy to speak to me, but that I would need to personally bring the burnt pizza back in person to do anything. When I explained that it further inconvenienced us, she became defensive. When I asked her once again to ask TINA to come to the phone, she continued to say that the manager was way too busy to speak to a customer. Word of advice: DON’T COME HERE and if you do, check your pizza before leaving. Sad, but necessary.
Original review: It’s so unfortunate to give such a low review, but I have called and called before and not gotten an answer. Today after calling a few times, I decided to just show up. Not only were they indeed open, but when I asked why the phone wasn’t being answered the girl at the front said that she didn’t know what was wrong with it. They didn’t have adequate pizzas ready so I had to order. While still in there, the phone rang uncontrollably. The girl looked at me when it rang and she knew she’d been caught lying. Read moreThis review is directly due to the inadequate and rude service that Tina provided for us today. We went in to try the pizza puffs but they were not available, so we went ahead and got a couple pizzas and an order of Italian bread. Our daughters used to work at LC and back then got my husband hooked on a sauce mix of buffalo and garlic parm wing sauces. ( WE PAY EXTRA FOR THIS). The request was very simple but met with a look of displeasure from Tina that should would have to put the slightest bit more effort in to her job. After a 15 min wait Tina handed my 17yr old son the order and he came to the car. I find a container of buffalo sauce and bbq. So nicely my son goes back inside waits at the end of the line and asks again for garlic parm sauce, at which point Tina rolls her eyes and gets him a cup of shake parm cheese and shoves it in his hand. Now I’ve pulled the truck up in front of the store at this point and again my son waited in line to ask for a garlic parm wing sauce . After all that she had the audacity to go in the back and say loud enough for my son to hear” what is wrong with that kid?” Well Tina my son has special needs and is working on his LIFE skills by dealing with people like YOU! Read moreI visited the Rincon, Ga location this afternoon and had a horrible experience. I ordered a 3 meat pizza and two ICBs (no seasoning). I was told it would be 10 minutes, so I went to my car to wait with my husband. Went back in when it was time and stood there, unacknowledged. I saw 2 ICBs sitting in the oven so I didn't assume they were mine, other people could've ordered ICBs as well. I continue to wait but I notice the cashier give an ICB to another lady. I ask her was that my ICB she had just gave away, she seemed a bit embarrassed and said yes. I told her had there been proper communication, it could have been avoided. I wanted them to take accountability but instead treated me like I was overreacting. The entire staff was very rude and disrespectful. I expected much more from the on-duty manager and she was just as bad so of course the other staff was because she is supposed to set the example. I have lived in Rincon most of my life and as long as Little Caesars have been open in my town, I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE like I did today and it was DISGUSTING!!!
