If I could give ZERO stars I would have. My sister and I booked manicures and pedicures together. When we were seated for the pedicures I had to wait about 25 minutes before someone came to work on my feet. The water was getting cold and my sister has half done. A girl finally came over, she was very rough. Hurt my big toe then pulled a cheese grater out of her basket and asked if I wanted her to use it. I said NO! The guy working on my sisters feet was like no, no she doesn’t need that. Then she took a brush to the top of my feet really hard. She put the glitter polish I picked on so light you couldn’t even see the color. I was like can you make it darker? When it was time for my manicure she put a board across my chair, took the polish off barely filed them and applied the color. I had to ask her to clean the polish off my skin. I could see from where I was sitting that my sister was getting her hands massaged(they moved her to a different chair). When I got to check out she was trying to charge me the same amount as my sister. I was like I didn’t get a hand massage and you are charging me the same amount as if I did. She said or sorry I forgot, come I’ll do it now. No I didn’t want to go back to the chair I was already there too long. She only took $4 off. When my sister and I got to the car and were looking at our nails they looked horrible! Smudge marks and her nails were all different lengths and half filed. That was Saturday and Sunday afternoon it was chipped so bad I had to take it off. I would not recommend...

I will not be returning to this place ever again…. I wanted to soak off an overly that I had on for a while And get a pedicure. The lady that was doing my feet didn’t speak English and was asking the other girl to talk to me for her. I could’ve told her that I spoke Spanish, but why would I when you sit and act like I’m not even there and the pedicure was not that great but overall, she seemed to be a nice person. The problem occurred when one of the other workers who I do not understand the language at all had the nerve to tell her cut my nails down before she soaked off the overlay and I told her no you will not be cutting my nails down. She proceeded to ask me why you wanna keep your nails long? Cut down and get tips. Why would I get tips if I have my own nails? She walked away with an attitude and because it took a little bit longer for her to have to clean my nails up to get all the stuff off. She was getting an attitude and using the machine making all of the stuff fly around she was like that’s cause you got long. Whatever she said to her native language, the man ended up doing my nails because she didn’t wanna do it. You can tell he rushed my nails and he also cut me in several places and asked me that I like them. Hell, no I don’t like them and then the price was outrageous. I just knew at that point. I better get out of there before they call the cops because I was gonna say something outrageous , I will never ever go back there!!!! Now I gotta walk around with these ugly nails for...

I went in there today with high expectations. Although I did not read any reviews the place looked really nice so I decided to give it a try. As soon as I walked in I was instantly treated with pure disrespect and rudeness. I than asked if they could do a certain type of nail for me and they assured they could do it with out a problem within minutes of starting they said they couldn’t do it. At this point I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and told them to do it however they thought it would work best. As we were finishing up she said something in another language and starts laughing and all the workers started looking at my nails and laughed than a worker asked if I was sure I liked them while laughing. Than I decided to be honest and told her that I did not like the way she did my nails. I kindly told her I wanted them fixed and she gave me an attitude and said I was wasting her time. ( the star design on each nail looked like a 2 year old did it like come on ) The whole time she was “fixing” my nails all the workers were talking in a different language and rolling their eyes at me they made it very obvious they were talking about me. I talked to the manger(Cindy) and she did not care at all. I’m not the type to complain but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon they need to hire professional nail...
