It started bad and went down hill from there. Placed a phone order, specified I wante two lunch specials and then proceeded to order, and specify, full sized orders of my other entree choices. We picked it up, got home, and all I have to feed 4 adults and 3 adolescents are tiny portions of my entree choices over a heaping pile of rice. The girl on the phone had ordered my ONLY lunch specials. When I called, I was told they would fix it, but only if I brought EVERYTHING back, even the correct items, which my kids had already started eating because they were hungry. I asked her to confirm this, as I'm feeling like this is more than a little unreasonable seeing as the mistake was theirs and I was more than willing to bring back what I hadn't ordered, she said yes, all of it. As I'm telling them to stop eating because we now have to pack it all, take it back, then sit and wait for them to remake everything, the girl on the phone finally says we can bring back just what was wrong. I agree, then hang up. Before we are done reps king, my kids start complaining about the food. I try it. The rice? Crunchy. Like, still hard, not fully cooked crunchy. The sweet and sour chicken? Almost all breading. The lo mein? HAD A HAIR IN IT. I decide to try the other things. The beef was chewy and tough, the egg drop soup was like jello in a bowl and the wings? I didn't think you could mess up wings. But they found a way. Whatever breading the used tasted and felt like dry, spicy cardboard. On wings. It seriously felt like I was being punked. Being that even what they got right was not even edible, after the less than stellar attitude from their staff, we decided to chuck the whole thing and just never order from Best Lee's in Rio Rnacho again. Being a amature cook myself ai know what mold taste like this was terrible. I called the restaurant. they said they made 23 hundred order of lo mein today and no one complained. First of all I don't know whether to be impressed or skeptical. the busiest taco bell in the city did not sell 2300 tacos today. 😂😂😂 that's laughable. We order from here often.. This was very strange. but it was more upsetting that they refused to acknowledge something is wrong. either with produce or etc. very strange the whole experience very strange. Read moreThis place has definitely gone downhill. The food was mediocre. The whole place was so dirty. Our table was sticky with crumbs. There was old sauce all over the blinds. Our server was beyond rude. She kept throwing our drinks down. We didn't think much of it because she was busy half a** cleaning. Maybe we were bugging her.... She forgot our drink and food order 3 times!? She kept coming back to the table asking what we wanted. We were confused as to what was going on. We finished our food and sat 15 minutes or so waiting for the check. She came over and asked if something was wrong. We politely said we were ready for the check. She didn't say anything and walked away. We were hoping she was getting the check. We waited over 15 minutes with no one in sight. We were the only ones in the restaurant. We finally stood up and went by the register hoping anyone would see us. Our server finally checked us out. She threw the receipt at my partner and rolled her eyes. We've never experienced such rude service. I never leave bad reviews but I don't want anyone else to experience what my husband and I did.
