Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

Horrific customer service every time. After the 5th nightmare at Blakes Im finally fed up. I will never go back. Unfortunately their burritos are my favorite - but not worth the nigtmare - something is always wrong, missing, or its a 30 minute to an hour wait even though I call my order in an hour ahead. Today I: placed a phone order at 12:15, was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, gave them lots of extra time to make it, and arrived to pick my food up at 12:50. I was the only customer at the register while three employees worked with their backs to me. I was finally acknowledged at 1:00. When i placed the order I asked for a side of ranch to be put in the bag BEFORE i arrived because, evidently they store their ranch in Narnia and you have to wait an additional 20 minutes to get the ranch.. So today I looked in the bag and once again,, had to ask for the ranch even though it was written on the ticket. Once again the genius who went to Narnia to get the ranch was gone for another 10 minutes. Einstein comes back with the gallon container and is aimlessly looking for a ramekin to put the ranch in. It is now 1:15. While aimlessly roaming, another customer walks up to Einstein and starts showing him her receipt. He is still mentally stuck in Narnia, and forgets he's helping me, forgets he's looking for ranch container, and starts examining customer #2's receipt and listening to her. I waited and at 1:20 walked over to Einstein and angry customer #2 and said: Give me my ranch and my burger - I ordered over one hour ago! Einstein had no apology and looked like he didnt know what to do. I dont have time for this inability to give customer service. This was todays experience. Every time I have been there, it is a problem. Never again...

(MARIE WILLIAMS) (MARIE WILLIAMS) (MARIE WILLIAMS) (MARIE WILLAIMS) MARIE WILLIAMS IS THE OLDER LADY THAT WONT RUN BLAKES PROPERLY THATS HER NAME CALL CORPATE AND LET THEM KNOW YOUR HORIBLE EXPERIENCE HOW SHE CAN'T MAKE ONLINE ORDERS IN TIME AND GETS TO HOLD YOU UP IN LINE AND NOT GIVE YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU DESREVE STOP SPENDING MONY AT THIS BLAKES TILL CORPORATE DOES SOMETHING ABOUT HER DISRESPECTFULL SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS I PERSONAL WORKED WITH THIS LADY AND LEFT CAUSE OF HER AND KNOW ALOT OF RIO RANCHO HAS HAD LOTS OF POOR MONENTS WITH HER I WOUKD WORK FOR BLAKES ONLY IF MARIE WASNT THERE AND I KNOW A HANDFULL OF EX BLAKES EMPLOYES THAT LEFT CAUSE OF HER AS WELLL!!! online order at 8:30 am showed up at 9:20 and the lobby is closed and cars lined up down the street for drive through. Keep in mind we made online order wich you pay first hand so im waiting for everyone else to get there food while mines getting cold waiting 2 hours total finally fed up I had to confront drive through window just be told to go through drive through and door slammed in my face by Marie Williams the manager at Blake's for over the past two years that it's been run down by her after waiting I had to confront the window again to find out the 2 and half hours I waited for one burrito wasnt even in process yet I left without my burrito and without my money what a horrible experience lack of management and policy Marie William's is the old lady that's been very rude and disrespectful PS...

I rate about 3 stars I'll start with the positives: the Itsa burger with green chile & cheese is always packed with flavor on point, very tasty especially with seasoned fries that they charge an extra .20 cents for. But my goodness today the seasoned fries with all 3 combo meals we ordered today looked less then half full we could literally count about 6- 7 of them with each combo we looked in the bag thinking that they fell out but they didn't, that was very disappointing. The other negative the Pepsi was so watered-down it tasted like water no flavor at all. But the positive surprising thing today was no wait only for the cashier to fill our 3 drinks, we called ahead & ordered which seems to be much faster then just driving up, cause the last time I came to this location I ordered 2 burritos at 7am only 1 car was in front of me & I waited for 50 minutes I was blocked in by the car in front of me & 3 behind, then to finally get home to eat to find that they were made completely wrong that was really disappointing. Well today the taste overall of the burgers were satisfying but the patties were very thin & had a ton of onions 6 on my burger & handful of green chile. So the portions are a bit off but I hope it was just today, hope it's an easy fix cause we really enjoy eating here, even if there's a moderate amount of time to wait, usually the taste & quality are worth it...
