It's a fast food joint, nothing new to report there. I do, however, have problems with our last visit. In the drive-thru, the speaker was obnoxiously loud and terribly distorted. We ordered two western bacon cheeseburgers and two large fries. When the person read the order back, she said, "wlajhiweofihwester* bacon*1oiho012934// oihqtwo large fries?" I said, "uh, sounds right." The screen to confirm your order hasn't worked since they installed it. At the window, I paid, waited for what seemed to be an eternity for our food, then drove home and opened the bag to find a double western cheeseburger and two large fries. Granted, I should have checked the order at the window, but I had just wanted to get home. We drove back, and I walked in to the kid at the counter. When I explained my dilemma, he turned to the lady on the prep line who said, "You want us to re-make two western bacon cheeseburgers?" I said I ordered two WBC's, I didn't care how it got handled. She barked at the kid, "take their order and throw it away!" I quickly took the two large fries out of the bag before they got tossed and we waited forever for our food. By the time we got it, the fries were cold and there was no apology or offer of restitution. This seems to be an ongoing problem at this location. The ordered are consistently wrong, they take forever to prep the food, and no one seems to care to correct either of those issues. Going forward, I'm going to have to go down the hill to the...
Read moreI generally love Carl's Jr. I usually have great experiences here. This time was a little different. Just went through the drive-thru, and the lady taking our order was very rude. I asked for a cheese quesadilla for my sons to share and a famous star with cheese for myself. In a frustrated sounding tone, she told me, "We don't serve quesadillas here." I responded, "...Oh.. I'm sorry, I thought you did. I used to buy them here all the time." She responded, "We've NEVER served quesadillas here." (Which isn't true, but I figured maybe she's new, and she just didn't know that the restaurant used to serve quesadillad.) So I apologized and said I needed a minute to figure out something else for my sons. It took me probably a little over a minute to decide, and maybe because it took me so long, she snapped, "Are you ready to order or not?" So I quickly ordered 2 hot dogs and my burger, and a few drinks. She told me to pull up to the window. I got up to the window, and she literally didn't say a single word to me the whole time. Didn't repeat back my order, didn't tell me the price.. nothing. The only thing she did do was literally pull my card out of my hand (I was holding on to my card, and my hand was hanging out the driver side window) while I was reaching back with my other hand to give my son his chocolate milk. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and say she was just having a bad day, but I was very taken aback my her demeanor...
Read moreI PRAY YOUR MANAGEMENT SEES THIS! UNACCEPTABLE!! I have never been to Carl’s Jr. ever as a vegetarian. My husband is not and has been before. So In my diet, I do allow fish and I was excited to try their new fish sandwich. My husband and I showed up to the restaurant thru the drive thru and was told thru the drive thru to order our food at the window. As we sat at the window, they continued to take other orders before us. We sat at the window for quite some time and decided to go inside. My husband went inside and asked for the manager, and he refused to give him his name. He observed that there was only one cook In the back, making all of the orders. The manager who chose to remain nameless was manning the register and drive-through. Those were the only employees working. period. Carl’s Jr with the nameless manager, ls located at the Walmart on Unser and southern needs to know how to schedule people right and not give managerial experience to people who are not equipped to be managers. Might want to take a look at your employees Mr Jr. we were treated like crap on fish Friday…. Even after speaking with the manager, we were unable to still get our food, so we went to another place. We weren’t even...
