I will never go to this location again. I went through the drive-thru and I had to wait 20 minutes after placing my order to even get to the window and after placing my order for 2 meals of misfortune which is a Small fry and a 10-piece nugget with a frosty with Raven's blood syrup(Black cherry) and a special spoon and two mystery sauces x2. I get to the window and the employee takes my payment and then tells me that their frosty machine is broken and that they are out of the syrup and I was irritated and said well So what am I paying for? And she said well I can throw in an extra 10-piece nugget and I said great and I would like extra mystery sauce if I'm going to have extra nugget. She said that was fine and then when I looked in the bag there was no extra nugget and absolutely no sauce and it was $27 for two meals because they our specialty meals and I didn't get a spoon since there was no Raven bloods Frosty so I pretty much paid $27 for two small fries and two 10-piece nuggets. No drink, no sauce. I could have gone to McDonald's and got the same thing off of their dollar menu and spent $4 to $5. When I called the store to tell them that I was very dissatisfied, the manager that answered said he was not there and that they actually do have the syrup for the frosty and they could have given me a frosty. They have the spoon and the sauce. So that irritated me more because that means the employee just didn't want to do it. What a rip-off. The manager also told me that he would tell his boss to give me a call and that somehow they would make it right and I never received a call. This was also the first time going back to Wendy's after a few years because I thought that Wendy's food didnt taste as good as it used to. So with this experience I will probably never go back to Wendy's. If I could give zero Stars for service and atmosphere I would. The food is edible and it's about the same quality as McDonald's only...
   Read moreMy partner and I drove to this location on June 25th, received a bag that was already ripping and improperly packaged food that couldnât even be considered wrapped. Taking out the âwrappedâ sandwich from the bag caused it to unravel instantaneously and the sandwich ended up on the floor. My partner called the establishment THREE times back to back, and was hung up on (repeatedly) by the closing manager on duty for June 25th. We drove to the location after the back and forth game of telephone, went inside, and the cashier lied to our faces that they donât do remakes or refunds. One sweet girl out of the mass of mean girls spoke up and asked why they couldnât just remake the order. She was promptly sent away by the rest of the herd. The cashier then popped an attitude that my partner had no idea how the restaurant business worked (despite being a manager of a restaurant), and that we were out of luck. Asked for the manager (the one who hung up repeatedly on us), and she refused to leave the office. Not too happy about spending money for food we never consumed (we even brought the ripping bag of evidence back into the restaurant.) Complete headache and a waste of time. We will be escalating this matter to corporate tomorrow morning, and charging back with our bank. I pray that their night manager and night crew gets their attitude fixed, and that no one else has to deal with such nasty...
   Read moreThe manager working on the night of 10/17/24, Aaliyah, was extremely rude. We came in a little while before the lobby was supposed to close, got our food, and were polite the whole time. We tried to order some stuff to go on our way out for some family at home and she immediately had an attitude with us telling us that we canât place a to-go order as the lobby was now closed and we had to go through the drive thru instead. Confused, we asked if it would make a difference if we ordered to go right there or in the drive thru and she was very rude, again, saying that yes, we had to go through the drive thru instead as their lobby was closed and we had to leave. We were not told beforehand that their lobby was closing soon. They were not busy at all in the drive thru or the lobby. One of the other employees was very sweet and courteous and was apologizing profusely for her managerâs behavior. When we went through the drive thru, which was not busy at all, the manager was taking our order and made us wait for a while before even taking our order. She was absolutely terrible and as a fast food employee myself, I was extremely unimpressed and confused by the way she chose to act.
